Your Dog's Vacation Home
Hi, welcome to Castle K-9 where dogs rule! We would be thrilled to have your dog come stay and enjoy our lovely accommodations. My husband and I love the company of dogs. We have both had pets since we were children, and as a couple, we have always had multiple dogs. I am a retired English teacher and occasionally work part-time as a substitute, but I am home most of the time. My husband is also retired. We have a large fenced yard and a 2500 square foot home in the country. Sadly, our two dogs passed away in the early months of 2023, so we no longer have pets. Instead we look forward to enjoying other peoples' pets. As dog lovers, your dogs will enjoy all the perks of being one of the family. We are experienced at administering medication and are sensitive to the needs of senior dogs who may prefer to cuddle on the sofa or simply steer clear of too much activity. At our house, your dog will enjoy your vacation as much as you do. All guests are required to have up to date vaccinations and be flea free. Rates run from $50-$65 depending on the size, age and special needs of your dog. Please contact us to see if we are a good fit for your dog, so you can enjoy your time away worry-free. Should you decide to make a reservation, please note that drop-off and pick-up is during the hours from 8am to 8pm.

Angi & David were wonderful with our dog, Pluto! They have a great fenced-in yard, surrounded by more unfenced yard if your pup is good off-leash, which Pluto is. They took Pluto on a solid walk twice a day on a road with very little traffic, and have the whole downstairs for the dogs. They were great with his routine, which is flexible, but I know this is an important favtor for pups with more time-sensitive routines. We would love to have Angi & David take care of Pluto when we are away in the future. Thanks, again!
Angi was so gracious to accept my very last minute booking, which was due to a different sitter cancelling last minute. She was attentive, gentle, and caring and had a wonderful grassy outdoor space for my boys.
Angi was amazing with Mini! She sent adorable photo updates and made sure Mini felt right at home. You can tell she truly loves dogs. We even saw a rainbow on the way home from her beautiful property. 🌈 Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Angi & David! This was my first rover experience and I couldn’t be happier. They took such wonderful care of my two pups while I was away. They kept me updated with adorable photo updates, including sharing their morning walks, backyard playtime, and sleeping/eating patterns. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such loving hands! It's clear they genuinely care about animals. I will definitely be using their services again!! Highly recommend!
My cat Willow received amazing care while we were gone! There is no price too high for peace of mind.

We are a retired couple and are available for full time care and companionship for your dog. We are generally able to accommodate most schedules.

We have a large fenced yard and several spaces within our home to accommodate the needs and personalities of various dogs. Many dogs are anxious when they are in a new environment and we do our best to alleviate that stress, by carefully monitoring their behaviors.

Dogs vary in their needs, so we try to customize each dog's stay. We provide exercise in the form of walks of various lengths, playing fetch, providing lap-time,or simply sitting together to provide companionship.
