I have a fenced yard and a 6 year old mix breed dog who can be selective. When we have visitors, he gets his own special place in the house to stay calm. Happy to crate your dog or mine as needed - I have an extra wire crate at home. If your pet is staying with me, we will be going on walks, checking out the beach, or playing fetch in my large yard.

I love all breeds. Grew up with a pomeranian, fostered a springer spaniel, house sat for an old husky, and worked with herding and working dogs. Comfortable with all shapes and sizes of breeds and have experience with farm animals as well. Just tell me what your dog needs out of a visit and I will be happy to provide.
A typical day
Happy to provide long walks or short walks, depending on your dogs needs. I also love to go on runs, swimming adventures, long fetch-sessions, or doggy play dates at a dog park. I know the local trails very well and can cater to your dogs needs.

Life-long animal lover who is happy to shower your furry companion with love! I spend most of my time outside doing all kinds of activities; especially hiking, trail runs, and walks through the forest. I can play fetch for hours or go for longer hikes but am also happy to relax with older animals and provide quiet companionship. I am comfortable administering medication or taking care of special needs pets. In college I spent two summers working on an active farm with horses, cows, chickens, farm dogs and farm cats; I then spent a summer as a shepherd in the French Alps working every day with a Border Collie and Great Pyrenees moving and protecting the flock. I can guarantee that I will provide excellent care for your pet!
