I do this for a living and so I am licensed, insured, & bonded. I have extensive education and knowledge on the best pet care practices and will always have your pets best interest and safety in mind! While my prices will be higher than the average sitter who is looking to make a few dollars, keep in mind that you are not paying just for a pet service, but a professional. How much do your pets mean to you? Hiring just anyone comes with risks to your pet that no pet parent should ever have to experience. Your pets are family and are so important to us pet parents. With me, you are paying for a professional with years of extensive experience and specialized training, along with important credentials such as my own business license, insurance, and bonding, and a customized care plan for your pet. I am also a proud member of PSI (Pet Sitters International) which is an educational association for professional pet-sitting and dog-walking business owners. So I have access to the best business tools and educational resources in the industry. I am always informed on the latest pet-care best practices, pet health and behavior information, tips to ensure the safety of your pets and home, and much more. I named my business after my 13 year old dog who passed away from old age. His name was Nubby. Nubby had 3 legs so I’m also very accustomed to working with handicapped animals. This business is just one way of keeping his name alive and in my heart. I decided to join the Rover community to market myself to other pet owners around my community who can utilize my services. My goal is to be able to enhance the busy lives of my clients by providing the upmost professional quality care to each pet as if they were my own fur family, and to ensure a fun yet safe and nurturing environment for your pets. I am pretty available most days and times. I am also pretty flexible between taking on jobs from Rover, as well as from my own business in the pet industry. If choosing to board or use daycare with me, PLEASE be sure to have your dog well groomed before their stay here. Should any dog come in a poor condition such as bein really dirty and needing a bath, or they have really long nails that will cause scratch injuries to myself or others or furniture, etc. I will charge an extra fee to have them groomed here. So please be courteous and make sure your pets are clean and well groomed during their stay in my home. No female dog during their heat cycle please. Your dogs also must be social if utilizing boarding or daycare services. They must get along with other dogs and kids. If this is an issue please reach out to see if I am able to make any special accommodations to keep them seperated from any other dogs beforehand. Since this journey I have also expanded onto other ventures and am happy to say that I have my own line of pet products for their skin, toys, fun bark boxes, and yummy healthy treats! Feel free to ask me about that, as I may have something your fur baby! We also do ‘bark boxes’ for any other special occasion besides birthdays!
