I have been running my own pet care business, Nubby and Company, since 2020 and have been featured in several local articles. I am also listed on Google. I do this for a living and so I am licensed, insured, & bonded. I have extensive education and knowledge on the best pet care practices and will always have your pets best interest and safety in mind! While my prices will be higher than the average sitter who is looking to make a few dollars, keep in mind that you are not paying just for a pet service, but a professional. How much do your pets mean to you? Hiring just anyone comes with risks to your pet that no pet parent should ever have to experience. Your pets are family and are so important to us pet parents. With me, you are paying for a professional with years of extensive experience and specialized training, along with important credentials such as my own business license, insurance, and bonding, and a customized care plan for your pet. I am also a proud member of PSI (Pet Sitters International) which is an educational association for professional pet-sitting and dog-walking business owners. So I have access to the best business tools and educational resources in the industry. I am always informed on the latest pet-care best practices, pet health and behavior information, tips to ensure the safety of your pets and home, and much more. This shows my dedication as a pet care provider in terms of professionalism, continuing education, and ethical business practices. Be comfortable knowing that I have all the education and resources that enable me to offer the best possible care to your beloved pets. I named my business after my 13 year old dog who passed away from old age. His name was Nubby. Nubby had 3 legs so I’m also very accustomed to working with handicapped animals. This business is just one way of keeping his name alive and in my heart. I decided to join the Rover community to market myself to other pet owners around my community who can utilize my services. My goal is to be able to enhance the busy lives of my clients by providing the upmost professional quality care to each pet as if they were my own fur family, and to ensure a fun yet safe and nurturing environment for your pets. I am pretty available most days and times. I am also pretty flexible between taking on jobs from Rover, as well as from my own business in the pet industry. If choosing to board or use daycare with me, PLEASE be sure to have your dog well groomed before their stay here. Should any dog come in a poor condition such as bein really dirty and needing a bath, or they have really long nails that will cause scratch injuries to myself or others or furniture, etc. I will charge an extra fee to have them groomed here. So please be courteous and make sure your pets are clean and well groomed during their stay in my home. No female dog during their heat cycle please. Your dogs also must be social if utilizing boarding or daycare services. They must get along with other dogs and kids. If this is an issue please reach out to see if I am able to make any special accommodations to keep them seperated from any other dogs beforehand. Since this journey I have also expanded onto other ventures and am happy to say that I have my own line of pet products for their skin, toys, fun bark boxes, and yummy healthy treats! Feel free to ask me about that, as I may have something your fur baby! We also do ‘bark boxes’ for any other special occasion besides birthdays!

Angelina was a fantastic sitter for our pups. She seems very knowledgeable and was able to work well with one of my dogs who needed daily insulin injections. I needed someone last minute as my normal sitter was unavailable and she was able to fit me into her schedule. Communication was very prompt and I loved all the pictures I received daily. I highly recommend booking with Angelina. She is great!
Angelina was fantastic with our pups! You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. We wanted to do facetime calls with her so we can see them (I know that was a bit overboard) and she was more than willing. We also received pictures and videos daily! We will deff be using Angelina again in the future but most likely through her personal pet sitting business as she does have much better rates that way! I totally recommend.
Max had a wonderful stay with Angelina. I got daily pictures and feedback. I felt comfortable leaving Max. Will definitely book again.
Angelina was a blessing to find! (& we booked last minute!) She took such great care of our little pup while we were away! This was our first time leaving Rooney and Angelina sent us daily updates with pics & videos! She also taught her some new tricks! What a great first experience! We can’t wait to use her services again and have already told all our friends with pets to reach out next time they need boarding!

Schedule
Caring for pets is basically my full-time job so my schedule is very flexible when it comes your pups overall needs, and most of the time I am able to take on last minute requests (unless I am fully booked).

I have a huge fenced area, where they can roam freely (always supervised). I do allow your pups to roam free around the whole house if well behaved (non destructive). I send lots of updates and pictures throughout their stay with me.

A typical day
Depending on the service being provided, we will do things such as go on walks, run around the yard, playtime, companionship, social time with other pets (usually with my pets or if I also have another booking at the time), and lots of love.
