I have experience raising puppies and kittens for myself and others in the past, and I currently have a giant German Shepherd and two tabby cats. I connect with animals very easily and have a clear understanding of their warning signs for when they're nervous, happy, upset, etc. I believe it is important for dogs to be mentally exercised as well as physically exercised, both in which I have experience. I am very familiar with highly energetic dogs and their exercise needs as well as how to handle bigger dogs. I also am very good at keeping to routines and adapting to an individual animal’s necessities, such as using commands and treatments they are used to. I have administered oral medicine via pill form to my own dog and cats and feel comfortable doing so. Last but most certainly not least, I am comfortable cleaning up all kinds of messes we experience from having our furry friends!
