Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I study from home, which allows me to spend plenty of time with the dogs in my care. Since I'm home most of the day, I can provide frequent potty breaks, playtime, walks, companionship, and lots of attention. I am also very understanding of an owner's need to check-in, and I will always provide photo/video updates. 📸🐶 I intentionally keep a flexible schedule so each dog receives the care, supervision, and affection they deserve while staying in a safe, comfortable environment. 🐾

Safety, trust & environment
We have a calm, stable household and don't have a lot of people coming and going, allowing visiting pets to settle into a peaceful, predictable environment. 🏡💛 Every dog is unique, so I do my best to follow each pet's normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. Whether it's feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, or bedtime routines, I'm happy to adapt to each owner's preferences whenever possible. 🐾 I have a doggy-door that allows your pet to have access to a fully fenced backyard with pet-friendly turf, toys, and an outdoor dog house, allowing them to safely enjoy supervised outdoor time throughout the day. If your pup doesn’t use a dog door, I can open a the sliding-glass-door when they show interest in going outside. My neighborhood is also very dog-friendly, with a nearby pet relief area for shorter walks and an enriching walking trail just minutes away for longer outings. ☀️ 🍃 An added benefit of my location is that I live only about one minute from an animal hospital. I’ve thankfully never needed emergency veterinary care for a pet in my care, but I love being able to offer owners the reassurance that professional help is extremely close by should an unexpected emergency ever arise. I provide open crates as optional safe spaces where dogs can rest if they choose, and in the evenings, when it’s time to settle down, I like to create a calm environment with relaxing music, white noise, or nature sounds if it helps them settle in. 🎶 🌙 My own dogs are friendly and enjoy the company of other dogs, but if an owner prefers, I'm happy to keep pets separated to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe. 🐾 I also understand the need for individual time. I’m good at picking up on behavioral cues and know when dogs want to be social with other dogs, have their own space, or have individual time with me.

Information Angelica R. would like to know about your pet
When you message me, I have a boarding questionnaire that covers the important things I like to know about your dog, such as their personality, routine, preferences, behaviors, care needs, and anything else that may help me understand them beyond their Rover profile. From there, we can discuss anything that needs more detail and I can ask any additional questions. This helps me determine whether I’m the right fit for your dog and make sure I can provide the safest, most comfortable, and personalized care possible. A Note About Multiple-Dog Bookings 🐾 For daycare, I’m comfortable caring for multiple dogs since stays are shorter and I’m able to closely manage their routines, playtime, rest, and individual needs throughout the day. For overnight boarding, I keep my capacity smaller and generally accept no more than two guest dogs if they are from different households (although everything ultimately depends on the length of stay, what a client is comfortable with, and the individual dogs needs). That being said, I always consider each dog’s personality, needs, and compatibility before accepting overlapping bookings. Dogs who require more individualized or specialized care, or who are not comfortable around other dogs, may be accepted as my only guest so I can provide the environment and attention they need. If you would prefer that your dog not be boarded alongside another guest, please feel free to let me know. I’m happy to discuss exclusive-care arrangements when availability allows. My priority is always maintaining a safe, comfortable environment where every dog receives attentive, personalized care.
A typical day
typical day is a balance of play, enrichment, outdoor time, affection, and plenty of time to relax and recharge. I enjoy incorporating different enrichment activities such as puzzle and treat-dispensing toys, snuffle activities, games, and supervised play to keep dogs curious, mentally stimulated, and engaged. Dogs are so much smarter than people realize; I genuinely love to see them show their skills. I like to switch things up during playtime so there’s always something interesting to do. Dogs also have access to my secure backyard for potty breaks, fresh air, sniffing, and outdoor play. Walks are offered based on each dog’s normal routine and needs. During the hotter months in Las Vegas, walks are kept to the cooler early-morning or evening hours for safety. When temperatures are comfortable, I’m happy to include daytime walks as well. I believe rest is just as important as activity, so I make sure dogs have comfortable downtime throughout the day and aren’t constantly overstimulated. I love when they have their own blankies or favorite toys from home so I can give them a room that is just for them. I also love simply spending time with them, whether that means cuddles, hanging out nearby, playing with their favorite toy, or letting them peacefully do their own thing in my presence. Most importantly, every dog is different! I do my best to maintain the routine they’re accustomed to at home while adjusting activities to their age, energy level, personality, and preferences.

Pet care experience
Hello! I've always had a deep connection with animals. Ever since I was a child, I've naturally approached them with patience, empathy, and respect. Over time, I've become familiar with canine body language and behavior, which helps me better understand each dog's needs so I can respond in the way they would appreciate. I try to see the world from their perspective and pay close attention to their comfort, emotions, fears, and happiness because I believe every animal deserves to feel safe, understood, and loved. 💛 Raising my two Yorkies has taught me what it takes to give dogs a happy, healthy, and enriching life; caring for them has helped me understand the importance of consistency, routine, play, exercise, and creating a calm environment where dogs can feel at home. 💙 I've also been on the other side as a pet owner searching for someone I could trust with my own dogs. I know how emotional it can be to leave your pet in someone else's care, and that experience has shaped how I care for every dog. My dedication to ensuring that your fur baby is happy has even inspired me to create a thoughtfully designed Doggy Den to give visiting pups a cozy, safe, and welcoming space where they can relax, play, and feel at home. I strive to provide the same level of kindness, attention, and communication that I would hope someone would give my own dogs. 🐾💙 Your dog's safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my top priorities! 🏡🐶
