Angelica sent pictures during our dog's stay and our dog received lots of love and care from Angelica, her family, and her other doggos.

She was very responsive and

Set up time to drop dog off, they accepted. Then messaged asking to move time up 4 hours. Implying that original time drop off, they wouldn’t be home, so the dog would be left there. I go with it, yard has grass to my knees, with 3 crappy mowed stripes in it, 3 rusted out dog crates in front yard stacked up. I gave benefit of doubt. Dropped dog off at 2:30 instead of 5:30 for them. I asked for picture at 6:50 and got picture at 8:30pm 2.5 hours later, meaning not home with dog. I asked to pick up early as I got home Early, again couldn’t do it and asked me to meet later at 5:30 instead of 5, implying no one would be home with the dog. This was at 11am, no one could meet me until 5:30, meaning my dog is in crate for 6+ hours with no one there. Terrible customer service, I just want my dog and they’re making me wait til 5:30

Sent lots of pics and gave our more playful pup a fun place to stay while we were away!
