Angelica was absolutely wonderful with Bubbles. From the moment Bubbles arrived, Angelica treated her with so much patience, kindness, and attention. She sent frequent updates and videos, and she kept me informed about how Bubbles was settling in, eating, playing, resting, and even how she was doing emotionally since Bubbles clearly missed me at first. Angelica paid special attention to all the little things that matter, including Bubbles’ favorite treats, her comfort items, her indoor and outdoor routine, making sure she had food and water, and helping her feel safe and relaxed. She followed Bubbles’ care instructions carefully and communicated with me throughout the stay. What meant the most was how Angelica handled the fireworks. Bubbles was scared, and Angelica recognized it and made sure she felt safe, calm, and loved. She kept her comfortable, gave her extra reassurance and attention, and treated her like part of the family during a stressful holiday weekend. I could tell Angelica genuinely cared about Bubbles, not just as a booking, but as a sweet dog with her own personality and needs. I am so grateful for the care, patience, communication, and kindness she showed.
