Was able to work around her Thanksgiving schedule to visit Azula, she was happy and healthy when I returned.

Things that we think went well with Angelica's booking: - She did drop-in on them per the reservation for all days except for the first day (she missed one drop-in and has attempted to refund us for that visit, but that may not be possible?). - She fed the dogs and took photos for all or nearly all drop-ins. - The dogs were fine and healthy when we got home! Things we think would have made the experience better: - Angelica could have spent more time during each drop-in visit. Visits are advertised to be 30 minutes each, but she spent an average of 9 minutes per visit with the dogs (the range was 2 minutes to 29 minutes for all 13 drop-ins according to our Ring doorbell). - She could have requested an initial meet-and-greet so we could introduce the dogs to her and show her where food is located (we missed her message one night when she asked where their dry food was located, so she only used the canned food for one meal; not a huge deal and half our fault for missing the message!). We could have also requested a meet-and-greet, so this one is also half our fault.
