I Will Treat Your Baby Like My Own!
Hi! I have had dogs in my life since I was a kid. I started dogsitting for friends, then when all my kids moved away to start their own families, I decided to open my home for sitting! I am great with multiple dogs/pets so if I am house sitting I am glad to have many! I know how difficult it is to leave your baby at a crowded boarding facility. I have experience with rescue dogs that don’t trust easily, special needs dogs, and I do not judge if your dog has some super picky or special diet or would be considered high maintenance! I can also now say I have experience with caring for a tortoise! Other animals will be on a case by case basis, upon learning what is involved.

Schedule
I love all animals and miss having a dog but decided not to have another for a while. I love having regulars that I sit for because I really get to know and love them. But I also understand the occasional need for a sitter or even a backup to your regular and I don’t mind that either! I am trustworthy, respectful, patient, have common sense, and truly care about people and their pets. I enjoy being outdoors and I am ready to give all my attention to your pet while you’re apart. I would love the opportunity to bond with your pet!! I am fine with administering medications and keep whatever schedule you require for their feeding, medication, etc. I also send pictures and videos as much or little as you want. I don’t mind sweeping/swiffering, watering plants, or any other light household chores you might need done if I am house sitting. Thanks for considering me! Update: I do now work full time 7-3, M-F and if it’s not too far from Allen, I can come drop in during lunch! After 3 and overnights I will commit to being at your home. Weekends are wide open and I can be there all day/night.

Safety, trust & environment
Unless they are in their own backyard (or mine), I always take dogs outside on a leash no matter how well trained they are. This is for their safety from other animals and people! I always follow the house rules so if you say no animals on the couch, then those rules will be enforced. I’m always cautious about keeping things out of their reach to avoid them eating things they shouldn’t. I also would never give your dog unapproved food under any circumstances!
A typical day
I definitely follow the dog’s lead. Anything from taking walks to playing fetch, we can do it! Some dogs just want to lounge and get belly rubs for fun and I’m ok with that too! If your kitty likes toys, I am happy to entertain them too!

- I would like to know their general temperament, health issues, quirks. If they have any allergies, preferences on where not to be pet, or even how they liked to be talked to. Tell me what makes your baby happy and I will accommodate! I need their feeding schedule and anything else you feel I need to know. Please let me know if they’re afraid of storms and the best way to help them through it.
