Hi there! I would be honored to meet you & your 4-legged-family. I of course adore all pets (even the not yet socially acceptable ones…I’d love a sea lion, personally). I grew up in a crazy household with 5 older brothers and all kinds of animals (my dad often referred to our house as “the zoo”). I have a never wavering love for 4 legged creatures and beyond, and having that combined with my passion for service, I jumped at the ability to become a volunteer service dog trainer with 4 Paws for Ability, a nonprofit organization that raises and trains dogs for service work. My experience as a trainer resulted in me adopting my goofy and adorable “Fabulous Flunky”, Linda, the golden retriever mix in the pictures on my profile. Having raised and cared for numerous animals, I know how important it is to know they are being properly cared for when you’re not there! Rest assured I will do whatever I can to ensure time away from their humans becomes a whole lot easier, and not just for them, but for you as well!! :)

Angela was amazing!! Our dog Carter is not always the friendliest with strangers yet she becomes best friends with him immediately. She was on time, communicated well with us and left our home in perfect condition. I would definitely trust her to house sit or pet sit again.
Angela was beyond wonderful. Communicated with how the dogs were doing. Took the dogs to the dog park and walked them. Gave them their medicine and asked questions when necessary to ensure my pets had the best experience while I was gone and they were under her care. She is kind, loving and extremely responsible.
Angela is Oliver’s new best friend. I can’t say enough positive things about her, but I’ll try.. she’s conscientious, trustworthy, intuitive about what your dog needs and a joy to be around.

Angela is such a natural when it comes to my dog, Bimmer. He is usually very apprehensive but warmed up to her right away. She has always been so kind and willing to help whenever and however she can. I’m very grateful for her help and for taking such amazing care of my baby.

Schedule
I am currently taking classes part time at Columbus State, and with a hybrid schedule, I have ample time to spend with your pets outside of class, or even during my virtual classes. Hopefully they can put up with chemistry! Although I love to dedicate my time to loving and caring for your pets, I also need time to care for my own canine family and personal responsibilities. My standard rate is based on pets that can be left alone for up to four hours at a time. For pets who require more frequent attention or constant care, rates may be adjusted to reflect the additional time and attention needed. I’m always happy to discuss your pet’s unique needs to make sure they’re as comfortable and cared for as possible while you’re away, as that is always my number one priority!

- I think it’s incredibly important to know any specific behavioral issues you’ve noticed and experience with your dog. I know what it’s like to have an incredibly anxious dog, and have so much experience handling those issues. It’s also important to know if your dog is reactive, and what upsets them and may trigger an episode of reactivity. I would also love to know what they absolutely love to do, if they love fetch, certain toys, treats etc! A tired dog is a happy dog! :)
