I’ve been caring for animals my entire life! Growing up on a farm in Germany, I raised everything from horses and sheep to the usual cats and dogs. Over the past 25 years here in the Bay Area, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, geckos, mice, and just about every type of pet you can imagine. I’m retired and home 24/7, so your pet will have my full attention and companionship throughout their stay. I only leave the house once or twice a month for doctor’s appointments, which means your furry friend is never left alone for long. My home is perfect for pets! I have a nice backyard for playtime and potty breaks, a comfortable living room, and even a guest room for pets who like their own space. We’re right next to a school with a big open field, which is wonderful for walks and outdoor exercise. I’m experienced with all temperaments and have happily cared for everything from gentle seniors to energetic puppies, and yes I’ve had pitbulls and cats of my own! Daily walks, playtime, cuddles, and lots of love are all part of the routine here. My grandson and I have also cared for many pets requiring medication and injections through our work as Wag sitters, so if your pet has special medical needs, they’re in capable hands. Your pet will be treated like family in my home because that’s what they deserve!
