Please let me know if your pet has any allergies, disabilities, medications I need to administer, or any known behaviour patterns that I should watch out for (for instance, if they are prey-driven or dog-aggressive). The more information I know about your pet, the better!
A typical day
I love spending time with animals and spending time in nature, so taking a dog for a walk is the best of both worlds! I can walk your dog around your neighborhood or take them to a trail or a dog park, whichever you prefer. I will give your pet lots of attention and cuddles (if they welcome it) and can help them release their energy through playing with toys. If you’d like, I can even work getting your dog to do tricks through positive reinforcement with treats or toys. I haven’t had professional training as a dog trainer, but I have taught an old dog a new trick :)

Pet care experience
I have experience caring for small and large dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and hamsters in professional house-sitting settings, and I have owned guinea pigs for the past 23+ years and a cat since 2024. I am comfortable with feeding, walking, changing bedding/litter, and administering medication to a variety of animals. I have taken care of puppies as well as senior dogs. I also recently worked at an animal hospital for over a year which made my love for animals even stronger.
