It's a household affair!
You don't have to board your dog in a business that locks up and leaves at night. Your dog can stay with a loving family like ours for around the same price point. I, Angela, have lived in a loving home with dogs my whole life, so I'm comfortable with all kinds of dogs. We call my husband, Rodger, the "dog whisperer" because he channels that Cesar Millan energy and dogs love his calm, assertive energy. We're a happy family of four (2 adults & 2 pre/teens) who all love helping with the dogs who stay with us. Furry friends are given full run of the downstairs of our home and 24hr access to a dog friendly yard outdoors through a doggie door. We're happy to give lots of walks and snuggles and snuggles as well.

Angela and Roger did an amazing job taking care of our dog Ellie while we were away attending my graduation. This is the second time they’ve kept her, and once again they went above and beyond. Ellie was well cared for, happy, and clearly comfortable when we returned. We truly appreciate their reliability, kindness, and the peace of mind they give us while we’re away. We will definitely be using them again!
Angela and her family were absolutely wonderful with our dog, Ellie, while we were away on our spring break vacation. From the very beginning, Angela was kind, communicative, and clearly loves animals. What meant the most to us was that she sent daily pictures and updates, which really helped ease my son’s worries about being away from Ellie. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Ellie was not only safe but also happy and well cared for. Angela and her family treated Ellie like part of their own family, and we are incredibly grateful. Angela was so sweet and took such amazing care of Margeaux!! She sent pictures of her playing with her dog in the backyard and was so accommodating! So thankful for her!
Angela took amazing care of our dog! The hurricane hit in the middle of his weekend stay and she still sent us pictures to make sure we knew he was ok—-even though they were dealing with so much after the storm including no power and limited cell service. We knew our dog was in good hands.

Schedule
We are currently in an employment transition, with at least one adult at home during the day. We have a flexible schedules for walking/feeding on your dog's schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a four year old, well trained, fun loving Golden Retriever, fenced in dog yard, doggie doors for full access to outside, and the dogs have a full run of the downstairs inside our home. Our home is a clean, peaceful, and happy place your dog will love. We also have room for your dog's crate if there are times you want him / her crated.
Pets
A typical day
We walk our kids to school each weekday morning, and all leash trained dogs are invited to come with us! The teens get home at 3pm and love to play with and walk the dogs. We often take after-dinner walks as well. We have a beautiful backyard for playing fetch and enjoying fresh air.
