Ever since I was 7 years old my family has had animals - cats, dogs, fish, turtles. I have done pet sitting and dog walking as a favor for friends and family for years. I love to go for walks and miss bringing my own dog for a walk, since he’s passed. I have successfully helped my dog and a friends dog walk politely on a leash. I look forward to taking your dog for a walk of any length!

Schedule
I have time during the week in the mid to late afternoons and most evenings to be an available for dog walking. Most weekends I am available early afternoon through the evening for walks and/or stopping in to check on your dog or cat.

I am very attentive to the dog I’m walking and very aware of my surroundings (i.e. other dogs around etc). I will gladly follow any instructions you give for your dog or cat.
A typical day
I’m happy to play at length with your dog or cat with whatever activity or toy is their favorite. We can walk for as long or short as your dog would like, as they explore all the things to see and smell!

- It is very helpful for me to know ahead of time if your dog or cat has any quirks I should know about in order to care for them in the best way. For dogs - when we’re on a walk this will help me to know for example if they fixate on squirrels or cats and tend to want to run after them. Or for cats if they for example like or don’t like to be pet in a certain area.
