After two years of part-time pet sitting and a recent retirement from my nursing career, I now have the flexibility to offer dedicated drop-in visits throughout the week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. My schedule is structured to ensure each pet receives attentive, unhurried care. Weekend visits can be arranged as needed, and I am also available for vacation coverage with a preferred two weeks’ notice to ensure seamless planning and continuity of care.

Hello! I do require a meet and greet prior to caring for your pet to ensure compatability. However, I do have a few questions to help me provide the best possible care for your pet: I prefer a meet and greet prior to care for your pet. Does your pet have any allergies? Are there any foods or treats they should not have? Do they require any medications? If so, please share the details. When you are away, do they stay in a crate or have free roam of the home? Do you have a fenced yard? Please note that I am currently unable to walk dogs due to a temporary medical condition, but I expect this to change in the near future. I am a retired nurse with over 20 years of experience. I have a deep love for animals of all kinds and am seeking a new role where I can continue providing attentive, compassionate care. I have experience caring for a wide variety of pets, in addition to cats, and dogs. I am comfortable working with animals that have special needs, including administering medications and supporting service animals. In addition to providing essential care such as feeding and potty breaks, I prioritize spending quality time with each pet—whether that means playing with them or simply sitting quietly, depending on their preference. A meet-and-greet is required to ensure a good fit for both you and your pet.

I cannot recommend Angie highly enough as a pet sitter. She is one of the most caring, dependable, and thoughtful people I know, and those qualities shine through in the way she cares for animals. As a nurse, compassion and attentiveness are already second nature to her, and she brings that same level of patience and responsibility into pet care. She has helped me several times while I’ve been out of town by caring for my special-needs cat, who requires seizure medication every 12 hours. Anyone who has cats knows they can be wary of unfamiliar people, but she never rushes the process. Instead, she takes the time to stay, sit quietly, and build trust with all of my cats so they feel safe and comfortable with her. Because of her patience and kindness, my cats warmed up to her quickly, and giving my cat his medication became so much less stressful for everyone involved. That level of dedication means everything when you’re trusting someone with beloved pets—especially one with medical needs. She is reliable, nurturing, calm under pressure, and genuinely loves animals. I have complete peace of mind whenever she is caring for my pets, and that is priceless.
