Pet care experience
Dog Momma and proud of it!
My boys have all been rescues; innocent victims of abuse and neglect. While it breaks my heart knowing how horribly their lives started out, I am so humbled and grateful that they chose me. I've been trusted with taking care of my friends' and families' pets of all sizes and ages. After my best friend passed away unexpectedly in 2020, I took care of his Belgian Malinois, Demo, who was aggressive and territorial, but he trusted me. I couldn't have loved him any more, so when he was diagnosed with advanced bone cancer at 5 years old, I was devastated. Six weeks later, I held his paw and said goodbye, my sole comfort was knowing he would be with his dad again. I have experience in post-op care after my own dog, Tommy, had complete reconstructive orthopedic surgery on both back legs. He was a difficult patient, and I discovered my patience knows no bounds. Additionally, I've had a great deal of experience working with "bully breeds", aggressive dogs, and large dogs. We have a 145lb German Shepherd who can be unpredictable and won't hesitate to bite if he thinks I'm in danger. My brother is a cop, and I love watching the K9 units train; they're so fun to play with, but they need to have time to change from work mode to play time. I'm very cautious, I can read their body language, and I respect their boundaries. This approach hasn't failed me yet, and I use the same method with every dog I meet. Please know that the care your pets receive is exactly how I take care of my dog, Tommy. Feel free to contact me if there's anything else you would like to know!

Safety, trust & environment
I just moved out very recently and unexpectedly, but quite frankly, I couldn't be happier. My wonderful new roommate has a dog named Evie, who can be a little skittish. For that reason, and the fact that it's not my home, I don't do boarding or doggie day care at the moment. I'm hoping that will be a service I can provide eventually. I love Evie like she's my own, and have been caring for her for roughly a year and a half when her mom is out of town for work. Roughly 90% of my bookings are house sitting, and I stay in the home as much as possible in order to maintain your pets' routine. Sometimes I need to duck out to run a few errands, but I always communicate this with the owner. I feel like the entire purpose of house sitting is to avoid any disruption to your pets routine. I will provide the same level of care and affection I gave my beloved boys. I would move the moon for my dogs, and I have been incredibly fortunate to meet owners who feel the same way about their angels.
Ratings and reviews
Angela was amazing with Ember. Ember was recovering from surgery and Angela was great handling her medications and special care instructions.
Angela is so wonderful. She has sat with our boys before. They just love her. She sends us lots of pictures and updates. Thank you Angela!!!

Thanks for watching Clyde as always! Angela clearly loves dogs and goes the extra mile. Much appreciated !

Was there on time . Took care of the dogs very well. Great with comment. Would definitely use her again.

Angela always does a great job with our dog. We come home to a clean house and happy dog. We like all the updates as well!

Angela is so absolutely wonderful. We took an extended cruise vacation and we're gone for 3 weeks. A year ago when planning our trip we were naturally concerned about our two boys. Angela came and spent a weekend with them while we took a shorter trip and they just loved her. We were set with care for both our home and our boys for the long trip! When it came time for our trip, Angela was awesome. She was so flexible when pur flight arrangements out of the country were adjusted both leaving and returning. There were times when we were out of communication on board ship, and at no time did I have any concerns at all. Angela and I communicated closely through our trip with pictures and updates and just being connected. I feel like she is family. When we returned late at night she was here to greet us and amazingly she had cleaned my house and she had even maintained my flowers outside. Love love love her, and so appreciate what she did to make our once I a lifetime vacation one without worry about our home, Morrie and Bruiser. Thank you!!

Schedule
In August, my baby Tommy was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor. Our vet is absolutely wonderful, and he's always very honest about Tommy's condition. He's a fighter. I wouldn't be working if I thought the worst was right around the corner. He stays with my closest friend when I house sit, but I do need a few hours every day to check on him. I would never leave your pet alone for more than a few hours. It's very important to explain this up front should your pet need assistance 24 hours a day. I keep them on their schedule and never, ever leave them alone overnight. I have been so fortunate to have the most understanding, compassionate owners these past few months. Communication is vital, so please don't hesitate to let me know what you are comfortable with, and we'll work out an arrangement that's best for everyone. If you aren't comfortable with your baby being alone for 3 or 4 hours, I completely understand, and would only leave for a short time. I'm sure this is the world's longest answer, but it's something I have to disclose to every owner to ensure there are no surprises or anything. I work to give Tommy everything he could possibly need or want, and he sure enjoys the finer things in life! He deserves them--every animal does. Thank you in advance for understanding. Update: On November 15th, my sweet Tommy crossed the Rainbow Bridge after a three month long fight with cancer. The days can be a little difficult unless I'm taking care of an animal. My routine is whatever your pet's routine is when I'm taking care of him/her!
