My aim is simple: when you return home, your pet is happy, relaxed and settled, and your home is exactly as you left it (or even better!). I've spent my life around animals. I grew up with two Border Collies and four cats, before sharing my home with two Border Collies of my own until 2022. I understand that every animal has its own personality, routine and little quirks, and I take the time to get to know them properly. Clients often tell me their pets settle with me incredibly quickly. Cats seem to adopt me almost immediately—I joke that I'm the Pied Piper of cats and dogs and birds! Dogs receive plenty of exercise, enrichment and affection, whether that's a quiet stroll or long adventures in London's open green spaces. I have my own van fitted with secure dog crates, making transport safe and comfortable if required. Reliability is one of the things I'm most proud of. I follow your pet's routine exactly as you ask because I know consistency makes them feel secure. Feeding times, medication, exercise, sleeping arrangements and any special requirements are all carefully followed. Many of my clients have become long-term clients. One family has trusted me with their two dogs for over six years, often several times a year, because they know they'll receive the same loving care every time. When I'm house sitting, I also look after your home as if it were my own. Clients regularly return to find a spotless house, and if you're away for longer I'm happy to extras like watering plants, light gardening, ironing and general household tasks, so everything is just as you'd hope when you walk through the door. A recent client wrote: "I don't ever want to leave Parker with anyone else. You really look after him so well. It's so nice to come home to a happy dog and a beautifully tidy house." Another client of six years said: "We always turn to Jai because we know there is no one else who will care for our dogs better. She has a natural connection with dogs and understands how to manage them."
