Stress less and leave your paw friend in good hands at Angie’s dog haven. In my care your pup stay will stay in a home away from home. Or be taken care I have plenty of experience with dogs and our home is warm and ready to welcome furry guest of any age or size. My home has many great amenities for your pup. I offer both indoor and outdoor areas for your dog. There is also a two mile track right behind the house to walk your dog and a fenced yard for them to have plenty of space to run around safely and play. If there’s anything your dog may need in particular let me know and I’ll do my best to provide the best stay for your pup. I am currently working a 9am-5pm work schedule, but I'll have plenty of time for them before and after work. I am also available all day on the weekends. If needed I can check in on your pup midday I would just need to know in advance. (: I have two pups to keep your fur baby company and an open grass field and dog park at my apartments with plenty of open space for them to run and play. One of my pups is pottied trained so I don't crate him when I leave anymore. But if your pup can't be left alone in an open space feel free to bring their crate. I also have plenty of toys & treats to make them feel at home during their stay. (:

Angela is a wonderful communicator and an obvious pet-lover! She sent awesome updates with lots of pics that really reassured us that our pets were doing great while we were away. She played with our kitties and got them all to eat together (which is not as easy as it sounds lol). Would highly recommend Angela and we will definitely be booking with her again soon!
Angela was great taking care of our little one. She kept us in the loop constantly sending daily updates. Will definitely keep her in mind next time.

(Please read the entire review) Where do I begin... As a pet owner the main thing you need when you are leaving your fur babies behind is peace of mind knowing they are being cared for the way you take care of them. When we first met Angie, she seemed great! We left our fur baby under her care for drop in visits twice a day, the first day Angie did great, she was there on time, and she stayed the full 30 min with Cozy. She was to do drop in visits with him twice a day from 12/09 - 12/13. The point of having a specific time for a drop in visit is for a reason, the reason for our times where because that's when Cozy needed to be let out and fed. Hes on a scheduled time, on the dot. Like previously mentions, Angie did great the first day, but every day thereafter, she would either show up late, between 20-45 min late, one day she showed up a whole hour early for the first visit and a whole hour late for the second visit, which means Cozy feeding schedule was disarranged. On top of her not being punctual with times, she only stayed for max 15 min with him, there was one visit where she stayed 9 minutes with him. WHY? This pup is very active, he needs interaction with someone, even if he didn't, the visit is for 30 min, THIRTY, nothing less. Sometimes she would even start her visit and she was not even there, we have cameras all outside the house, I have screen shots of her arrival times and departure times, which clearly show she didn't stay the full 30 min, nor was she there when she said she was. If you're running late, a courtesy text would be greatly appreciated to at least keep us in the loop. I had to message her while on my vacation, to ask her to walk him each time she visited him for at least 20 minutes, to see if that way she would actually stay with him the entire time, she did so once, after that she went back to doing less than 30 minutes and only walked him for one visit per day. Angie I'm sorry for this negative review, I am not one to leave this type of review, but when we are dealing with my fur baby, I need to be honest, so no other pet owner or pet goes through this. We need peace of mind knowing our little ones are being taken care of, not anxiety trying to figure out, when you will decide to show up. I could tell that you loved animals, but you lack Punctuality, reliability, and communication, all of which are KEY to help us fur parents have peace of mind while we are not present to take care of our babies.

Schedule
I work remote so I get to be home the entire day with your fur baby. It is very easy for me to work around your schedule to accommodate your baby as best as possible.

A typical day
I like to take them out at least 3 times a day and have playtime with them. There is an open grass field right next to my apartment building with plenty of room for them to run around and play. I also have two dog parks located within walking distance where I like to take my pups to. If you're ok with it I can also take them to Sabine which is 2 minutes driving distance from my apartment.
