Comfort & Routine • I follow your pet’s normal schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and bedtime. • I stick to your instructions on diet, medication, and preferred activities. • I make sure your pet feels secure and relaxed while you’re away — lots of gentle reassurance and love included. 2. Cleanliness & Respect for Your Home • I keep your home tidy and organized, cleaning up after any messes (fur, paw prints, etc.). • I make sure food and water areas are always clean and fresh. • If staying overnight, I keep my area neat and respectful — your home will be just as you left it. 3. Safety First • Doors and gates are always double-checked for security. • I monitor your pet’s health and behavior closely, keeping you updated if anything changes. • I use leashes and follow all safety rules during walks and playtime. 4. Communication & Updates • I send regular photo and message updates so you always know how your pet is doing. • I share cute moments, daily notes, and reassurance — because peace of mind matters! 5. Before visits start, I just need a few key details to keep everything running smoothly. Things like feeding instructions, treat rules, walk routines, litter or potty habits, medication info, and any quirks or behaviors I should know about. I also need access instructions for your home, your vet’s info, and an emergency contact. I also ask for your preferred times for updates and photos while you’re away. Some pet parents like morning check-ins, some prefer evening updates, and others want a quick photo after each visit. Just let me know what works best for you, and I’ll stick to it so you never feel out of the loop.
A typical day
When I’m hanging out with your pets, we’re basically having our own little party. Dogs get their adventures in — sniff walks, zoomies, toy chases, goofy games, and all the belly rubs they can handle. Cats get the royal treatment too: feather wands, laser pounces, window-bird-watching, treat puzzles, and cozy cuddle time (only if they approve, of course). I stick to their routines, but I always sprinkle in plenty of fun so they feel happy, safe, and totally spoiled while you’re away.

This was the first time my husband and I have ever used a service like Rover, and Angela did a great job making us feel confident in our decision. Our dog is 10 years old and not used to people she doesn’t know. Angela was super sweet and attentive to our girl during our trip. She sent several photos, videos and check-ins throughout her stay. She took good care of our place and Mo was in good spirits when we came home. We’ve already booked Angela again. I would definitely recommend her!
Angela is always the best! Sent photos and messages daily and goes above and beyond! My other sitter cancelled and she even offered to come in her place! Love her!
If I could leave Zero stars, I would, but I have to select one. My wife and I hired Angela to take care of our two dogs so we could go to the Mountains for my wife’s birthday. Angela signed up to take care of our dogs and stay at our house from Friday afternoon, to Sunday morning. Angela arrived on Friday afternoon, spent 30 minutes at our house, and then left for 5 hours. She got back around 8:00 pm, and then left again at 12:30 AM. Angela then never returned to our house, and never intended to return to care for our dogs. Angela abandoned our dogs, right before a snow storm, and left my Wife and I to attempt to find someone to care for them while we were 3.5 hours away in the Mountains, while there was a blizzard and snow storm both in the mountains and at home. Angela never told us she was leaving our house, I had to text her when I noticed our security camera record her leaving after midnight on Friday and never returning. Angela abandoned our dogs, left them in an empty house with no way to go to the bathroom or eat, or get water once it ran out. She left them mere hours before a snow storm hit. Angela should never, ever be entrusted by another person to look after or care for their dogs. DO NOT HIRE THIS ROVER. YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS WOMAN.
Angie was amazing!! She took excellent care of our girl, Jolene, even through an unexpected ice storm! And when our flights were canceled coming home, she was so helpful and able to extend her stay to continue taking care of Jo. Truly a life saver, we would absolutely recommend her and use her again!
