For those days when you can't, I'll be there?.....to love, care for and protect your pet or pets...I am retired but I substitute teacher and few days out of the week when I’m not caring for your fur babies and I truly love animals....Cookie and I specialize and take pride catering to customers who’s fur babies who have never been away from family before or have never been around other fur babies. I didn't have kids but my pets are my children and that's how I treat them and yours....Shelby my 14 yr old Border Collie mix is now in doggie heaven yet I can’t seem to remove her from our profile just yet because she’s the reason I became a pet sitter to provide “peace of mind” that your fur baby is safe and well loved while you are away. I only have Cookie now, my Chihuahua Rat Terrier mix who is 11 yrs old, who makes everyone feel at home ....because I'm more concerned with giving quality service and personal attention to your pet, rarely will I have more one guest at a time and if I do I will always check with you first for your ok..Its more important that you know your fur babies are left in a safe and loving environment where they will be given plenty of love and affection, exercise and freedom....I try to create the type of environment that I would want Shelby and Cookie to be in when I travel..... And I communicate with you like I would want to be communicated with....I love being a sitter for Rover.com, and for me it's not about making money, it's about providing a service where you have peace of mind knowing your 4 legged family member or members are in a safe loving environment being spoiled rotten while you are away.....I have a big fenced in yard and I will treat your pets as if they were my own....my customers are more that just my clients, they're family.... Many have become personal friends and I'm known to many as Auntie Angie or the Pet Nanny or the animal whisper 🤣 because of the love I have for many of my customers and their babies, I feel like they're family. Why I love dog sitting My family had dogs and cats as I was growing up.......so as an adult, it was only natural to have my own.....I didn't have children so my pets became my kids...I love all animals and I surround myself them. Meet my pets One dog Shelby, a female Border Collie mix who is 13 yrs young with a severe heart condition requiring special care so I am comfortable administering meds.... then there is Cookie Chihuahua mix with the biggest personality and heart wrapped in a small body...the both of them make all our guest feel right at home. About my yard My backyard is completely fenced in and all gaps filled in to prevent escapes...I have a large backyard that backs up to a lake with wrought iron fencing surrounding the yard. My experience administering medication Yes, I am comfortable administering medication I substitute teach a couple of days out of the week when I’m not caring for your fur babies. So I’m always home you give them special attention and love ❤️ I care for your fur babies the same as you would if they were home with you. I have eyes on them at all time and cameras when I’m not. I’m not big on caging/kenneling unless recommended when I’m running errands or I can’t give them my full attention otherwise they are free to go where my fur baby goes.
