I am very dissatisfied with how my dogs were returned from this stay. I received the picture a day that she said she would provide and their clothes were changed but they both smelled so badly of urine. The crate that I provided for my 8month old reeked of old urine. If he made an accident that is understandable but for them to smell so badly is really unacceptable. She claimed that she takes them out every two hours so I don’t understand how they can come home this way. My 5yo also had time to tear a hole through the crate overnight. I’m just very disappointed and would like some sort of refund back.
Angel was flexible with my scheduling changes last minute. I do wish there was more communication about my pup but overall I think things went well during his stay.
