It would be very beneficial to know their personality, any aggressive tendacies, likes/dislikes, and vetinary information. I do not have breed preferences, but your pet should not have a history of attacking other people.
A typical day
For dog walking, I use neighborhood streets and sidewalks and parks. I provide interactive play with balls, ropes, and toys, as well as giving lots of praise and encouragement! When it comes to cat care, I provide positive interaction which involves delivering a friendly greeting, showing affection, giving attention, and spending quality play time so a trusting bond can be formed.
