I’m so happy with the care Androulla and her lovely family provided for my dog, Chicago! He was clearly very happy and well looked after during his stay. I received plenty of pictures and videos, which really reassured me and showed how comfortable and relaxed he was in their home. It’s clear that Androulla genuinely loves animals and treats them like part of the family. I’ll definitely be using her services again — highly recommended!
Androulla boarded our tiny 2yo dog, Leo, for a week - this was the first time he had been away from us. Androulla's home was honestly a "home from home" experience for Leo: * very welcoming and clean. * secure, with no hazards or potential dangers for Leo. Her outdoor areas were well fenced. * spacious enough for Leo and bigger dogs to move around comfortably. * comfortable temperature for pets, not too hot or cold. * comfortable floor and other areas for Leo to relax and play. With regards to her experience and care, Androulla and her family were: * encouraging and welcoming of a Meet and Greet before his stay - a great opportunity to discuss Leo's personality and needs. * obviously very experienced in dog, cat and fish care. * supportive of Leo's specific needs, such as dietary and activity requirements. * honest about her dog intakes during the dates of booking. * clear about Leo's daily schedule, including feeding times, exercise, and playtime during his stay. * transparent about how she would handle an emergency and supported our requests for contact with us and vet visits during his stay. * in continuous, excellent communication with us during his stay - keeping us updated on Leo's well-being and activities. Androulla 100% prioritised Leo's well-being during his stay. Thank you Androulla and your family for looking after Leo as your own pet. We definitely look forward to booking with you again!
Androulla and her daughter were taken care of lucky well over the holiday break. This the 2nd time we booked lucky. They sent daily updates and videos. Requested a video call when my daughter was missing Lucky on a holiday trip. Will definitely be using them.

Dexter was very happy to stay here for 4 days. We had daily pup-dates from Anna. Dexter also loved their bunny 😁. I would be very happy for Dexter to stay with them again. And because he was happy there my husband and I were able to enjoy our weekend away. Thanks to Anna and Androulla for having him.
Yuki was well looked after! Accommodated to a very last minute enquiry and kept us updated throughout the day. Will definitely be using them again!

Schedule
I currently am home full time and I have loads of free time to play with your fury friends. I go on daily walks so your pup will have loads of exercise and time to run around and play.

A typical day
I have places I go to when I go on walks including Clayhall park, Claybury park, fairlop waters, Valentine’s park and also Hainaut forest. I will play fetch, catch and many more games and even if your dog loves going on slow walks I would walk around paths with them at their preferred pace.
