Pet care experience
I’ve pet-sat in the past, from birds to hamsters to cats and dogs. My own pup, Kody, is 10 this year and keeps me on my toes. I have experience with special accommodations as my own pup has trouble eating (he’s missing part of his jaw). I understand how hard and worrisome it is to have to find someone to take care of your pet when you’re away which is why I joined rover!

Andrew is excellent at taking care of his dog Kody. He gives it more love and attention than he gives his brother. Kody recently had cancer in his mouth and Andrew immediately stepped into action, taking the proper steps and expediting when necessary. It was inspiring seeing how careful and caring he was with Kody and just comes to show how much he loves and cares for animals.
Andrew was excellent at taking care of my cat Nigiri when I was away. I'd spent a week traveling and needed helping taking care of her. Andrew is a family friend that said he would be happy to, making the 40 minute commute daily to change her litter box and make sure she's ok. She's a bit of feisty homebody but Andrew was able to provide the proper care while respecting her distance and boundaries.
