Drewnnie's West End Doodle-Day-Care
My wife Winnie and I (Drew), aka Drewnnie, have over 5 years of taking care of dogs both young and old. We have a 3-year-old goldendoodle (neutered, vacc'd) named M'Baku who is a very sweet loyal boy. We have a single-floor home on a very quiet street in the West End/Oakland City with a fully fenced in yard, with 99% of the back yard being a grassy puppy playground! We have experience with deaf/blind dogs, as well as puppies, but we prefer to sit dogs >1 y/o who have been fully house-trained. We also have light allergies and would prefer to accommodate hypoallergenic pups. The back door is always open for potty breaks and playtime, and we are members at Fetch Park so we are frequently there (nearly every other day). Morning walks are normally at 9/9:30 and evening walks around 6-7.

Andrew and Winnie were great sitters. As a first time user of Rover I felt comfortable leaving Kali with them while I was away. The bonus was Mbaku. He’s the same age and breed as Kali and I was so happy to know she would have a playmate while I was away. They shared videos and updates on her during her stay and she returned me happy like she had a great time. I will definitely use them again.

Thankful for Andrew & Winnie for taking great care of my doodlebug. They were easy to communicate with and shared photos and videos of my girl.

Such a sweet and welcoming couple! Felt very comfortable and was updated with photos. Loved having the peace of mind that my dog had a buddy to play with and got the attention he needs. Will be using their help again soon!
Drew and Winnie were awesome! We needed someone to watch our pups for our honeymoon as a family member backed out I went on rover only a couple weeks before and found Drew and Winnie. Drew was so communicative and accommodating. We were able to do a meet and greet to see if our dogs would get along. When one of my pups Buddy made it known he didn’t want to make friends Drew was still able to make a schedule to make sure my pups would be taken care of! Everyday we got an update so we knew they were good and could relax! Our pups were well taken care of while we were away and they had so much fun. My little dog Honey got to play with Drew and Winnie’s dog M’baku! Drew and Winnie are both so kind and I would totally recommend them to take care of your pups!

Schedule
My wife and I both work from home so we are always here. We are very flexible as far as drop-off and pick-up times. We normally do a morning walk around 9/9:30 and an evening walk or Fetch Park trip around 6-7. Weekends we normally go to parks or local hikes!

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fully fenced in yard, our dog is up-to-date on his vaccinations and takes a monthly flea/tick medicine. We also have an XL crate if that is required.
Pets
A typical day
We love to go on hikes on the Chattahoochee river and other local parks and forests. We are also avid Fetch Park members, and typically go every few days. We also have an obstacle course we're setting up in the backyard, and play lots of fetch. I also have an electric skateboard I can take them on a sprint!
