Awesome and Friendly Pet Caretaker
I have taken care of several dogs through friends and family and they've recommended I should join Rover. I have looked after a labradoodle, a pair of nervous chihuahuas, and several energetic young pitbulls. I currently do not work so my schedule is flexible for your needs. I am available on most days 7 days a week. I tend to walk in the mornings around the Morro Bay area and I do most art projects at home. I have a fenced yard with a sand garden in the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and dog friendly. I do provide fresh water from bottled sources. Please provide accommodations for your pet if they're to stay at my place overnight.

Andrew took excellent care of my two dogs, Katie and Maddie. He is quick to respond to all messages and that gave me great peace of mind. The dogs were happy, well cared for, and clearly received plenty of attention. I would absolutely book with Andrew again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable and caring dog sitter.
Dropped off Flower for a short visit today before I board him with Andrew. I had previously met with Andrew so that Flower could meet him and Flower was very happy to see him. When I picked up my little dog, he seemed very content and peaceful sitting in his little bed. It made me very happy to see that my dog was happy and apparently had a good visit! I feel great about leaving flower with Andrew for the upcoming weekend after this wonderful experience.
I have booked home visits with Andrew 4x now and he does a great job! He follows my instructions and lets me know how the visit went. I would recommend Andrew to anyone.
Andrew met us and our dogs before their stay. He accommodated an early drop off and responded immediately to all of our texts. He is easy to work with and we will certainly request him again.

Andrew came over and met our pups. He not only followed my specific instructions, but one of our dogs had thrown up before Andrew came over to take them out, and Andrew cleaned it up for me while I was away. He is a super nice and conscientious guy. I would not hesitate to have him come over again!

I have a fenced yard and an open home, but my space is best suited for smaller to medium-sized dogs. I'm happy to provide walks on nearby trails for more active dogs.
A typical day
As a homebody, I offer companionship and quiet comfort. With several nearby trails and plenty of hills, I'm able to provide long, invigorating dog walks. I enjoy talking to dogs and giving them plenty of pats and scratches.
