I work fully remote and am home all day. I have flexibility for pickup/dropoff almost anytime of day aside from late at night or when I am in a work meeting. I am also available 7 days/nights a week.

I have a fully fenced yard and dogs are allowed on furniture. I can crate dogs as needed, but if that's not their jam, I can accommodate crate-free dogsitting. I spend all day with pets that I am dog sitting and love to give them lots of attention while they are with me. I also love going on daily walks if your pup is into that! I often have other dogs I am watching if your pup likes hanging out and playing with some new friends!

A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks on the many trails by my house. I also love playing with pups, whether that's playing a game of fetch or tug. When on meetings for work, dogs I am watching can hang out with me in my office - my coworkers have made it routine to virtually meet the doggo friends I'm watching! If your pup is a cuddler, nothing beats snuggling on the couch while watching a show in the evening!

Pet care experience
I have been dog sitting for friends and family for 10 years and also foster dogs. I have done training with puppies I foster and have had a lot of success building confidence in dogs who are shy, timid, and anxious in particular. I also live alone in a peaceful home with a fenced yard that is a great fit for shy and timid dogs. I am able to administer simple medications, handle specialized diets, and enjoy caretaking senior/special needs pups. I love to go on long walks while dogsitting or fostering along the many trails by my house and in the neighborhood. Nothing brings me more joy than hanging out with and watching sweet pups who need a place to stay for awhile! Please note that I frequently board dogs from multiple households at the same time and also regularly provide doggy daycare. I have lots of experience introducing dogs to each other and follow a specific routine when making initial introductions. With this in mind, dog-friendly dogs are preferred for my boarding and daycare requests, though I can occasionally accommodate dogs who need a space of their own if I don't have prior bookings that overlap your request.

This was Nikes first time with Andrew and it was seamless! He sent us updates, videos, photos and eased any concerns we had. We appreciated how thorough he was with checking in Nike and keeping us informed. Nike came back totally happy and exhausted. Perfect. Highly recommend!
