I have ALWAYS had a soft spot for cats, dogs and truly any furry friend. My family always had a dog, and multiple cats in our home while growing up. My love for animals started at a very young age. Growing up the youngest of 6 sibling MOST if not all the pet chores/responsibilities would fall onto me. I currently work full time (Monday - Friday) as a special education teacher. My schedule is very free in the summer, and would love the chance to hang out with you pet! When I’m not working I’m either walking my brothers dog or hanging out with my cat at home. If you need a flexible, reliable sitter.. I’m the person for the job!

Andrew took great care of our Bear. Andrew sent us pictures regularly. Our shy Bear loves Andrew.
Andrew did a great job taking care of our two pets for the weekend. He communicates well and is always our go to for when we need someone to care for them.
Andrew took great care of our dog,Livingston. He was super accommodating to a mistake I made in my original booking. Left our house perfect. Would totally recommend!!

Planning
I’m up at 6am seven days a week. Typically start my morning feeding my cat, and scooping kitty litter. I work 6 hours shifts at a school here in Evanston. I only have a 10 minute commute to work with an hour long lunch break so taking care of pets during the day is a piece of cake!

I take safety very seriously especially when dealing with peoples pets. I am a very observant person. When meeting a new cat or dog I think it is very important to let them approach me and establish trust. Winning over dogs and cats and consistently and love is key. My patience for people certainly plays a key role in taking care of pets

I’ve always felt exercise is very key for anxious and high energy dogs. Im always up for a game of fetch or going on long walks with your dog!
