A Dog at Heart
I am the kind of dog lover who gets on the floor with your dog and lets them come to me. I have been house-sitting pets for over 10 years and I have enjoyed every minute of it. In my life I have owned three dogs (small breed) but I have watched my next door neighbor's multiple golden retrievers. Additionally, I house sat on and off throughout my college years to make money so I have a lot of experience with dogs. My specialty would be smaller breeds but I have the ability to adapt to all breeds as long as they listen well to direction (my small dog can be a bit stubborn at times, LOL). Your dog will be in great hands and I will send you pictures of he/she if you wish as I love to communicate each owner I work with. I am excited for this opportunity with Rover and cannot wait to meet your pet! UPDATE: Available for Check-In's only over Labor Day Weekend *Please note if your estimated return time is after 1 PM then a partial day will be charged*

I try to build trust on the first meet and greet to make sure the pet is a good fit me and I am a good fit for them. I take detailed notes and communicate with the owner multiple times throughout the day.

Andrew was absolutely amazing. He took such good care of our pups and our home. He was prompt, communicative and honest. We felt completely at ease while traveling, which isn't always the case when working with someone new. Our youngest pup really took a liking to him, to the point he became a little shadow show. Dogs run on instinct, so that was definitely a sign Andrew is a good one and immediately a part of his pack. He also left our home just as it was when he arrived. Everything was super easy and we will be using him again in the future.
Andrew was clutch! We used him to watch our girls on the weekend that we got married and he was absolutely phenomenal. We booked him last minute and there was a rv situation and I think we were late coming back. Our girls were 100 percent safe and happy. I cannot stress how awesome he was.
Andrew was able to help us out on relatively short notice and we really appreciated it. He was on time, personable, relatable, experienced, and great with our pup. Winnie, enjoyed playing with him and hanging out for the day when we had to be away. We look forward to working with Andrew in the future,
From the first meet & greet Buddy loved Andrew. Andrew immediately sat on the floor and Buddy knew he was there for him. He excitedly rubbed his head against Andrew’s leg and they played! And my feeling was that Andrew was perfect for Buddy! He was professional and interested in asking questions regarding Buddy’s care and his responsibilities. I could tell he loved dogs and knew how to care for my dog. He asked the right questions and When I got home Buddy was relaxed and seemed content and happy! I will gladly ask Andrew again to take care of Buddy when I go away in the future. Thank you Andrew!

Schedule
My schedule gets pretty booked throughout the month. I do daily walks M-F and I also do check ins. Best to get on the calendar ASAP.
