We chose this sitter for our mini Goldendoodle and Husky for the first time and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Before drop-off, both in writing and in person, we clearly explained that our dogs are indoor dogs and should only be outside for potty breaks, walks, and supervised playtime. The sitter agreed to these instructions. However, the few photos we received showed both dogs outside, and they appeared overheated and uncomfortable. Communication throughout the stay was very limited, with few updates or photos. We also provided clearly labeled food, treats, and care instructions for each dog. This was especially important because one dog eats senior food and the other eats puppy food. When we picked up our dogs, they were hot to the touch, had a strong odor, and had numerous stickers and burrs in their fur despite being clean and freshly groomed when dropped off. We were also concerned to learn that a large bag (month supply) of food was not returned. When we asked about it afterward, the sitter told us that the Ziploc bag had broken on the second day and, rather than pick it up, he left the food on the floor for both dogs to eat in one sitting. He then fed one dog the other dog’s food for the remainder of the stay. Given the significant difference between senior and puppy food, and the fact that the food was clearly separated and labeled, this was particularly concerning. When we asked basic questions about our dogs’ care, such as where they slept, the responses were vague and defensive. Overall, the lack of communication, failure to follow clearly stated instructions, and concerns about the care our dogs received left us uncomfortable. We feel so sad for our dogs who are still recovering from the heat. We would not use this sitter again or recommend.

Rocket had a great time with Andrew.. I was scared and worried never left my dog with anyone. But he was well taken care of. Andrew kept me updated with pictures how he was doing.. in the future Andrew is the one. Thanks Andrew
