My remote position of over 5 years as a Sr Mortgage Underwriter was recently moved into the office (Tampa) and decided to take time off. Therefore, I am available 24/7 and mainly focusing on the transition into the Dog Walking/Boarding/Training business. *HOUSE SITTING SERVICE: Active as a less expensive alternative to booking numerous Drop-In visits with multiple dogs. Unable to stay overnight. I am available from 7:00am - 11:00pm daily. I offer extended drop-in visits—perfect for your vacation or pups who need more time, attention, or multiple visits throughout the day lasting hours. I’m also happy to help with light home care like bringing in mail, trash or watering plants while you’re away. Whether it’s early mornings, late evenings, or longer stays, I’m flexible and here to help make your life easier and your pets happy! Please let me know the specifics regarding your dogs breed, demeanor, level of obedience and any special situation in which your dog requires extra observation or attention. Also include any special needs dietary or medical requirements. Experienced as a trainer as well, so please inquire about any obedience training, if any, you would like to be improved throughout our session or walk. I am experienced and we'll researched to service specific obedience excercises incorporated into our walks, playtime, park visit and even basic home obedience.

A typical day includes the resemblance to their everyday standard routine in order to accommodate your situation as smoothly as possible. I will work with the owner to confirm all the specific details with the goal of making your absence as minimally impactful as possible on your 4-legged family members. Activities can range from simple play and walks to park visits. With my own dogs, I remain active with activities such as quick 5 to 15 minute play sessions throughout the day along with at least one long walk/two short walks and one visit to the park every single day. I switched things up with different routes, using the long lead staying on the leash and venturing through Gemini Springs while letting my dogs lead the way, which is enhances their enrichment.

I am well versed on various training, dog sitting, boarding and walking methods for our canine family members. Gained hands on experience of training and handling with my 11 year old GSD. I personally researched for years and only then successfully trained my current 10 month old GSD, using my other 11 year old GSD as a control. I will offer free consults to clients in need of repeat services in order to determine the tailored needs for your dog. Always willing to go above and beyond for my love of dogs. Excel with all dogs and utilize communication with the client in order to fully understand the specific qualities, needs and wants of the dog in order to organize and manage effective walks/boarding/training. I have been living in the area for over 20 years and know all of the dog-friendly parks or areas that provide a clean and safe environment offering an array of enrichment. Knowledgeable in training and recognizing animal body language used to establish positive communication with the dogs. I can not only improve the lives of the dog, but also clearly communicate and empower the owner with training tips to continue effective conditioning for a well-trained dog.

We will always rebook Andrew! We had a sudden death in the family out of state and Andrew was right there at a moments notice to care for our dogo while we were away. He always goes above and beyond the service and we always have peace of mind leaving our boy Bean in his hands.

Absolutely the BEST!! I cannot recommend Andrew more! He was so knowledgeable, loving and caring for our two high energy German shepherds! He went above and beyond in every way! He did in home visits for our babies and the peace of mind he gave us through pictures and videos every time he dropped in were everything to us! DEFINITELY keeping him on speed dial!
Andrew was a great fit right from the beginning. He has a great nature with animals and and our (not friendly at first) dog warmed right up to him. He was diligent about making sure our baby was taken care of and went above and beyond what we asked of him. We could not have been more at ease leaving for the weekend knowing our family member was taken care of and loved on. Andrew is exceptional and I will definitely use his services above anyone else.
