It’s really helpful to know their usual routine, feeding schedule, potty breaks, walk habits, medications, favorite activities, and any little quirks or triggers they may have. I also like hearing about what they enjoy most, whether that’s playing, snuggling, getting outside, or just having someone around. I want to make things feel as normal and stress-free for them as possible while you’re gone.
A typical day
That really depends on each pet’s personality and energy level, but I love making sure they stay engaged, comfortable, and happy while their family is away. That can mean walks, playtime outside, tossing a ball or toy around, giving them lots of attention and affection, or just hanging out with them and keeping them company. For cats, that might be playing with their favorite toys, brushing them if they enjoy it, or giving them calm company and affection on their terms. I like following what each pet enjoys most so they can have fun, feel relaxed, and keep a sense of routine.

As a college student with a flexible schedule, I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention and care they deserve. I’ve had dogs and cats for over 10 years and have always had a special bond with animals. I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs, whether that means playtime, walks, sticking to routines, or simply giving them companionship and attention. I understand that pets are family, and I’ll treat yours with the same care, patience, and love I would my own.

Andrew was reliable, friendly, and left incredibly thorough/detailed updates of our cats. Our standoffish girls grew to love him as he played with them, gave them pets anda ttention, and followed our preferred feeding/litter schedule. He even brought in mail/packages when they arrived (thank you, Andrew!) and let us know if anything seemed amiss in the house. We will happily book with Andrew again.
Andrew provided excellent drop in visits for my two cats while I was away. He is very dependable and easy to communicate with, going above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and happy. While sometimes skittish, they warmed up to him very quickly and looked forward to his visits.
Andrew was great and accommodating to booking with less than a full days notice. He also brought in our groceries which was extremely generous.
