Friendly, Warm-Hearted Man Looking For Pet Pals!
I have fallen in love with animals as I have grown older! Starting with living with animals in shared houses, then to walking/ bathing and playing with dogs on borrow my doggie, to house sitting dogs on Trusted House Sitters, to living on a farm last year in Scotland and caring for many animals, I have had a range of experience in looking after dogs, cats, pigs, sheep, goats, donkeys, horses and more! I seem to have a great connection with animals whereby they feel safe with me, and can sense that I am also up for fun so we have lots of play times amongst the normal day today. I am a chilled guy that also has a lot of energy and so I love to take animals out for walks/ runs and adventures as well as hanging out in the evenings. I am very empathetic so can feel when the animal is not happy and am tuned into to finding out what they need!

Whilst staying in your home I will care for your pets as if they are my own child. I have a deep connection with animals and am very empathetic so am finely tuned into how they are feeling and their needs. If anything is off .. I will know! I have a calm temperament which animals seem to feel safe around, but as stated before I also have a lot of energy and love to have fun, play and take dogs out for walks and runs and adventures! I love their company and they will be my best friend for the time I stay at your house :) I have been left with animals with allegories and needed to give them medication and always followed the instructions down to the tee! I also will take photos and send them to you for updates and have free flowing communication so we build trust and you feel at ease as well!

What an absolute gem of a human Andrew is! He was great at communicating before the sit as I was a bit nervous as a first time user of Rover. Our dog, Poppy, is a sensitive, intuitive soul but it was clear from the moment Andrew arrived they were going to get on so well. She loved him! Andrew treated our house with respect and our kids loved chatting and getting to know him at the start and end of the sit. We would rebook Andrew in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone who needs a sitter who is sensitive, gentle and intuitive.
Andrew is superb. He immediately made friends with our dog and concentrated on their welfare for a whole 10 days, including a veterinary issue. He is lots of fun as well as being very responsible, and looked after the house too. If we need to we will certainly use him again and recommend him unreservedly.
We had Andrew walk our dog for an hour. Andrew did great, keeping in constant touch and sending photos of the walk, and letting us know where they went and when they were back. Would definitely use Andrew again.
I have a small petting farm in the far north of Scotland and Andrew spent 5 weeks with me helping me look after all my animals who are all just big pets. He was amazing. As a person he is very clean and tidy, friendly, good to talk to, excellent in his communication and has a positive attitude to life. He is energetic and always puts his all into everything he does. He is also totally trustworthy, honest, dependable and reliable (during his stay i went on holiday for a week knowing the farm was in good hands while i was away). In regards to how he cares for animals, he loves and bonds with them, even sings to them and loves forming a connection with any animal. He is loving and kind towards them and i saw how they responded to him over his time here. Andrew will follow any instructions given for the animals care and is a great balance of being a great help, being independent with not needing a lot of hand holding and always a smile and great attitude.
Andrew has looked after my two cats on a number of occasions. He is courteous, friendly and caring and a natural with animals, quickly establishing a connection and I’ve always felt totally comfortable and confident to have him stay in our house and look after them. He’s also clean and tidy and very respectful, and goes above and beyond to look after the house and always happy to help with other ad hoc requests or special requirements with the animals or house. I’d definitely recommend Andy as a reliable pet caregiver.
Andrew previously sat for us while we were away for two weeks, looking after our energetic staffie. We’ve used countless dogsitters in the past and I can honestly say Andrew has been the best. Super polite, friendly, communicative, and excellent with our dog. We arrived home after our trip to a house that was utterly spotless, which was hugely welcomed following long travel hours! If you’re considering Andrew, go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

Schedule
I am currently entertaining children at the weekend and teaching one class of yoga a week. This means that the majority of the time I will be at home with your pet, writing, reading and taking walks in the nature with them if possible! At the weekend It generally works out that I need to leave the pets for 4 hours to go and entertain at a party, sometimes it might work out it is longer (more like 6) if I have two parties, in this case my mother lives locally and she can pop in to keep them company for a bit whilst I am out. During week days I will never be out more than 4 hours - I play football once a week, sometimes meet friends for coffee and go to the gym, or teach yoga. However I will be in most of the time as my main aim is writing at the moment hence why this works out so well for me as I get to live in lovely homes, looking after lovely pets whilst I create :)
