Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine as I currently have a flexible schedule. After being laid off from Amazon after 10 years, I am enjoying this time to focus on other pursuits. Aside from caring for my 5-year-old son and managing a few side projects, I have ample time and availability to dedicate to pet care.

If they will be coming to my house, it's important that your pet will be comfortable with a loud, but generally well-behaved 5 year old.
A typical day
A typical day with the pets I watch is filled with plenty of love, care, and fun activities. We start the day with a morning walk to get some fresh air and exercise, tailored to the pet’s energy level and needs. After breakfast, we might engage in some interactive playtime with their favorite toys or a fun game of fetch in the yard or local park. For pets that enjoy socializing, I arrange safe and supervised playdates with other friendly pets in the neighborhood. During the day, I ensure they have plenty of opportunities for potty breaks and keep their feeding schedule consistent. In the afternoon, I often incorporate some mental stimulation activities like puzzle toys or training exercises to keep their minds sharp and engaged. If the pet enjoys it, we might go for another walk or spend some quiet time relaxing and cuddling. Throughout the day, I provide plenty of affection and attention, ensuring each pet feels loved and secure. I always tailor activities to the individual pet’s preferences and energy levels, making sure they have a fun and fulfilling day while in my care.

What sets me apart from other sitters is my extensive experience and lifelong passion for animals. I have had dogs and cats throughout my life and have been informally taking care of them for over 20 years. Being in my 40s, I bring a high level of responsibility and maturity to pet care. Additionally, I have experience with both puppies and senior pets, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and attention they need.
