Availability
I’m a retired Army Veteran, so my availability is pretty wide open. I just drive Uber during the week & it’s very easy for me to take breaks whenever I need to. The only conflict I may have is with groups & clubs I participate in some evenings. But those are easy to reschedule.

I live in a 2-story house in Midtown that has a fenced backyard for them to run & a park just next door with a walking path. I have 2 roommates so it'll be hard to accommodate more than one dog of medium size or larger at a time.

I’ve cared for a dog with nerve/mobility issues & older dogs that have difficulty hearing, seeing & walking. Let me know if there are any specific issues I should know about.
A typical day
I love to walk around my neighborhood & there is no shortage of sidewalks. Being only 5-10 minutes from Downtown, Skidaway State Park, Forsyth Park or Daffin Park, I know those are great places to wander.

Pet care experience
I've been a dog-lover all my life (my very first memory, actually, is playing with Beagle puppies). Growing up, I had a poodle mutt, Lhasa mix & Golden Retriever. When I was married, we had a Beagle, Welsh Springer, Australian Sheep Dog & Pomeranian (not all at the same time, of course). Recently, I had a Golden Retriever/German Shepherd puppy named Sunflower. When I was living in Idaho a few years back, I took some dog training courses to help with walking, sitting; etc.
