Other than my own dog (Shadow - German Shepherd), myself and my partner have looked after friends and families dogs over the years for up to 2 weeks on a few occasions. My own dog Shadow has been individually trained since she was 4 months old. I hired a one on one trainer for 15 sessions which has given me good insight.

We highly recommend this sitter Andrew. As owners of a German Shepherd Rescue Male dog, we found him to be exceptional at understanding his needs. Andrew met our dog with patience and understood his nervous tendencies very well. He managed our dog well and kept us regularly updated which was very reassuring to us. His own dog (a female German shepherd) is incredibly gentle, sweet natured and both dogs have bonded very well. We feel very lucky to have met Andrew as he has made our dog very happy with his stay with him.
Andrew is a kind and responsible pet caregiver. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, and genuinely cares about pets’ well-being. I would definitely trust him again.
Andrew did an excellent job on the walk. He was punctual, friendly, and very attentive, and it was clear he genuinely cares about the dogs he works with. Communication was great from start to finish, and the whole experience felt easy and stress-free. I’d absolutely book with him again and highly recommend him.
Andrew nad his partner are great. We left our dog Bruno with Andrew for a couple of days over the winter. Bruno got along very well with Shadow (andrews dog) Shadow is very well trained I picked up some tips from andrew on collection. He sent us updates and videos of the dogs having fun, Kept us in the loop with Brunos diet/eating. Bruno had a great time defo found his new holiday home for when we are away. Thanks Andrew. We'll see you again soon.

Andrew is an excellent dog walker and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He’s reliable, professional, and clearly genuinely cares about the dogs he looks after. My dog always comes back happy, calm, and well-exercised, which says it all. Andrew is great at communicating, always on time, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in safe, capable hands. Highly recommended.

Schedule
I don’t work set days so i’m generally flexible in terms of availability for walks and short boarding requests. I get 7 weeks of annual leave during the year so available for longer boarding requests on these occasions.

Safety, trust & environment
If in the owners home i’ll follow any guidance left by the owners. My own home is a 4 bedroom house with a fenced in garden in New Addington, Croydon. There are loads of parks/fields within walking distance of the house. Me and my partner allow our dog Shadow on our sofa’s/bed but she is also crate trained.
Pets
A typical day
loads of parks and fields near my house so plenty of space for running and playing fetch plus meeting other dogs. Dogs are allowed on the sofa in my house so plenty of time for relaxing together and watching TV when playtime’s over. More than happy to listen to suggestions/preferences from the owners.
