Dog Parents - Cambridge
Hello! We just moved from New York to Cambridge. We have a four year old female black lab mix named Mango with tons of energy and lots of love! Mango is always friendly with all dogs & people. She really loves to play so your dog will get plenty of socialization and exercise with her. Ellen is going to HBS and Andrew can work from home full time, so one of us is always around. We have been doing rover for 3+ years so have a ton of experience providing care :)

Andy and Ellen were so easy and wonderful to work with🐾💕…One of our dogs had never been boarded before and was a little snippy to their sweet Mango dog at first, but they mediated the situation and were able to reassure us that it would settle down, and it did. Our dogs got plenty of outside time in their fenced-in backyard, and walks. And they administered my older dogs meds daily with her meals as needed. Most of all, they were extremely accommodating to our ever-shifting plans, which was such a relief to us, as they happily allowed us to drop the dogs off, or pick them up at wildly differing times than we had initially planned. This took a lot of stress away from us during our Boston stay. They are lovely friendly communicative people - we got some sweet doggie photo updates - and I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them and their helpful services.

Andrew and Ellen were very communicative, helpful and flexible. My dog only needed to stay one night, so I don't have a ton to say about her stay, other than she looked very comfy on the photos that Andrew sent while she was in his care, and, when I picked her up she seemed at ease! Hand off and pickup were simple too. I would definitely leave my dog with Andrew and Ellen if I'm in Boston again some time.
Andrew and Ellen were easy to communicate with and I appreciated their flexibility. Their dog is friendly and got along well with my own dog and they had fun adventures together!

Thor had such a great stay! Had a fenced in backyard. A nice walk. Lots of playtime & fun with their dog Mango. Great communication & excellent time for Thor.

Schedule
At least one of us is home all day throughout the work week, so we can take your dog out frequently. We always keep eyes on Mango and her friend but Mango has never been unfriendly to another dog - she is super sweet!

We live in west Cambridge close to the river. We live on the bottom floor of a house with a fenced in backyard. There is a baseball field just across the street for a great place to walk.

A typical day
We love taking Mango on long walks in the morning and after work, and shorter walks in the afternoon and just before bed. We like to play fetch and practice doing tricks with treats.
