I am Andy, 62 and I am retired.
We have a 4 year old neutered male Hungarian Vizsla who is very friendly, named Bailey. My partner has had dogs all her life, over 58 years, and is experienced with many breeds. I have been with my partner for 10 years. We know how hard it can be to find reliable care for our dog when needed and now retired I felt we could offer a home away from home, and help people who need their pet cared for while they are away or at work. We have a 4 star home boarding licence. Our licence reference is NWBC/3668.

Luna had a great time with Andy, Alison and Bailey, and Obi before he went home. She had some lovely walks in the countryside and was very well cared for. It was great for her to spend time with another Vizsla and I’m sure Bailey didn’t mind the chasing and constant badgering to play! Unfortunately Luna ate something she shouldn’t and got a bad stomach during her stay. During this time she was well cared for and given pro-biotics to help her recover. We would certainly take Luna back to Andy and Alison and recommend their services to others.
Andy and Allison have been fantastic with our extremely bouncy Vizsla pup. He has been very well looked after and I’m sure that he will have a dose of the holiday blues after 10 days of fun at their house with the other dogs in his new found pack! They have taken him on daily walks specific to his current needs and have made him feel like a proper member of their household. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other people who are looking for suitable sitters who provide proper home from home care for their dog. Thanks again 🙏

Schedule
I am currently retired, although I do do some invigilating, I am totally flexible when not committed to this. We have our own dog and my partner works from home. We can fit in having another dog or two mostly anytime.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced garden and we have our own dog to keep your dog company and sometimes when we have my son's dog we would have two for company. Both are very sociable. We are happy to walk your dog and follow your guidance on time spent out and distance. We have a stair gate at the bottom and top of the stairs so that we can restrict stairs if this is something that is preferred.
