I've owned dogs, cats and other pets all my life. I have experience with giant through medium sized dogs. I actually love working with giant breeds. I have volunteered in animal shelters working with cats and dogs. My family has also fostered Great Danes. As I have grown on Rover I've carved out a niche walking larger or high energy dogs. Pet owners really appreciate my reliability and ability to work with almost any dog. I also have experience caring for pets with special medical needs or seniors. I have a background in human healthcare and am very comfortable with medication administration including injectables. I believe in using positive reinforcement training when working with pets. I have experience building report with strange animals In my free time I enjoy spending time with my pets, cooking, gardening, biking, and skiing. I really appreciate how walking dogs fits into my active lifestyle.

Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable about cat behavior and made us very comfortable while we were away and our cat was home, alone. Andrew provided detailed feedback about each visit and kept us in the loop around our cat's emotional/mental state. We will be using Andrew again in the future and would recommend him to any neighbors looking for a cat sitter.

Andrew was awesome! Came over a few days before I left to meet Yuffie, and asked questions to make sure my girl was all taken care of. He was always on time, was there for the time I schedule for, and made sure Yuffie white her exercise and had company. Highly recommend andrew!!
