We were first-time users of this service, and we are so grateful we found Andrea to take care of our cat, Leo. She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to make sure he was safe and well cared for after he got out of his room and started exploring the house. Even though she couldn’t find him on her first visit, she didn’t give up. She found him the next day, made sure he was okay, and sent us a photo, which gave us so much peace of mind. Andrea’s communication is excellent—she responds quickly and is very easy to work with. She also speaks perfect Spanish, which was especially helpful for my parents since Spanish is their first language. She even came by a day before her scheduled visits to meet Leo and learn about his needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We will definitely book Andrea again the next time we need someone to care for Leo. Highly recommended! ❤️ Somos primerizos en solicitar este servicio y aunque teníamos algunas dudas encontramos a Andréa para que nos ayudara con nuestro Gato Leo, y ha sido una gran ayuda ella tuvo la paciencia de tratar de encontrar a Leo ya que se salió de su habitación y comenzó a rondar por toda la casa y aún que el primer día no lo pudo encontrar el segundo día no desistió y Andrea lo encontró y se aseguró que Leo se encontraba bien y nos envió una foto, su comunicación es excelente cualquier mensaje lo responde rápidamente fue muy fácil tratar con ella, además tengo que decir que como situación extra ella habla perfectamente Español lo cual para mis padres fue perfecto (porque su idioma materno es el español) se tomó el tiempo de venir un día antes de sus visitas para conocer a Leo y ver sus necesidades y claro que la voy a volver a solicitar la próxima vez que necesite ayuda con mi Leo

Andrea was amazing with Ginger and Pepper! She was kind, professional, attentive, and kept me updated the entire time. My fur babies were happy, comfortable, and very well cared for. You can truly tell she loves animals and treats them like her own. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her! 🐾💕
Andrea is an animal lover through and through. She grew up with dogs around her and has always loved them. Hershey loves it when she visits.
