I’ve been caring for pets ever since I can remember! I’ve never lived in a household without a pet companion, and that’s exactly how I think it should be. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, special needs dogs, and administering topical and oral medicine. I currently have a sweet-as-can-be cat Luna who is my whole world, and I’m sure your fur baby is yours, too! I like to consider myself someone both people and animals can depend on.

Andrea is fabulous with all pets and her love and dedication are unmatched. Her face is known to melt sometimes after noticing a tiny fur baby’s beauty walking down the street. Andrea recently adopted a 4 year old cat, Luna, and has been a fantastic cat mama on all fronts, especially looking after Luna’s health. She’s beyond one of the friendliest people I know, she is reliable, dependable, trusting, open, and really cares for animals in her presence. I know Andrea really appreciates caring for other pets only wanting to show them love. I can’t recommend her enough for this position.
I've left my cats with Andrea for at least a week, and for the most part the cats seemed happy (my older cat only likes me). Good communication to let me know if food was running out and was able to order more before they ran out.

Schedule
I am currently a remote freelancer so I have plenty of flexibility and time to dedicate to pets that need care at the moment. I’m also comfortable accepting last minute bookings and adjusting my schedule to your pet’s needs!

Safety, trust & environment
I have quite a spacious home and as I have a cat at the moment, I make sure my space is free of dust, clutter, human food animals may get to, and any plants that are toxic to animals when consumed. I make sure there is plenty of water and access to the litterbox for cats. Playtime is very important for me as I like to make sure pets have plenty of mental stimulation!
Pets
A typical day
Long walks and trips to the park for dogs and bird watching plus playtime for cats are great ways to make sure pets are mentally stimulated and get plenty of exercise. I like to keep pets on their leash at all times to ensure they are close to me and safe. With cats, I have every toy imaginable and I like sitting close to cats while I’m working on my laptop or doing housework so they feel as included as possible.
