This sitter presents herself as responsible and knowledgeable about dogs, which is why I felt comfortable booking with her. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. Before the stay, I specifically instructed her not to take my 9 week-old puppy to public parks or other high traffic dog areas because he was not fully vaccinated. Despite those instructions, she took him to a public park. While still in her care, my puppy became sick and required veterinary testing and medication. My veterinarian confirmed that his illness was due to exposure at the park. As a puppy sitter who claims to be experienced and knowledgeable, she should have understood the risks associated with taking a 9 week-old puppy to a public park. When we picked him up, he was also dirty, his fur was soiled, and he smelled strongly of urine and feces. This was not the condition I expected my puppy to be returned in after a paid pet-sitting stay. The most disappointing part was that clear instructions regarding my puppy’s care and safety were ignored. We trusted her with a very young puppy and expected those instructions to be followed. Instead, we were left with a sick puppy, veterinary expenses, and a great deal of stress. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this sitter.

Andrea did an amazing job caring for my duo! She was very responsive and attentive to their needs.
Andrea was great, she provided my dogs with lots of love and was able to keep to their daily walk/potty break and feeding routines and provided regular updates on request
