I took a pause from pet sitting and joined my veterinarian family three years ago and love every single day, but realize that there is a need for great pet sitters out there. With over 30 years of experience working with animals, I’ve dedicated my life to their care and well-being. I started my journey at the Humane Society, and for years after I’ve been working at an animal hospital, gaining hands-on experience with pets of all kinds and learning how to meet their unique needs. I love creating a calm, safe, and loving environment for every cat in my care. When your kitty stays with me, they’ll enjoy personalized attention, cozy comforts, and plenty of affection—all in a quiet, stress-free home. I understand that each pet has their own personality, and I make it a priority to respect their routines, quirks, and special needs. Whether it’s a quick visit or an overnight stays, my goal is simple: to keep your cat happy, healthy, and loved while you’re away, so you can feel confident they’re in the best hands.

Andrea boarded my cat, Bianca, for 14 days, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bianca had her own private room with a cozy bed, tons of lounge spots, and a radio or videos playing all day. Andrea spent so much time with her too, playing, cuddling, brushing her, giving treats, you name it. She gave me constant updates and so many photos that I never once worried while I was traveling. If you want someone who treats your pet like their own, Andrea is your person. Two weeks is a long time to be away from your fur baby, but she made it completely stress-free. I’ll definitely be rebooking with Andrea next time I need a sitter!

Schedule
I currently work at an animal hospital a few days a week, so if anything should arise, I have you covered. I also have a great network of veterinary friends I can reach out to if needed. Your pets will still receive constant companionship and attentive care while they’re with me. Weekday drop offs and pick up’s are available after 5:30 pm due to work schedule. Weekends and Tuesday times are flexible.

Your cat will be treated like royalty here. A little slice of heaven is waiting with a plush upstairs private suite. While I do have pets of my own, they are always kept completely separate, so your kitty can enjoy a private, peaceful stay with no stress or unwanted interactions. I’ve created a calm, loving environment designed with comfort in mind—think cozy spaces, quiet surroundings, and plenty of one-on-one attention. Every cat receives personalized care tailored to their unique routine and personality, whether they prefer playtime, relaxation, or extra cuddles. My goal is to provide a serene, palace-like retreat where your cat feels safe, pampered, and truly at home.

A typical day
I can offer…Interactive Play • Wand toys & feather teasers: Cats love pouncing, chasing, and batting. Rotate toys daily to keep them interested. • Laser pointers: Great for high-energy cats, but always let them “catch” a toy at the end so they feel rewarded. Environmental Enrichment • Cats love watching birds or outdoor activity. • Cat trees & climbing shelves: Vertical space is a cat’s playground—encourages jumping and stretching. Boxes, tunnels, and bags: Simple but irresistible for hiding, pouncing • Background noise: Soft classical music or a bird video can soothe and entertain. Routine & Comfort • Personal attention: Gentle petting, brushing, or lap time (if the cat enjoys it). • Cozy hiding spots: Provide blankets, covered beds, or hideaways—they feel safe and loved. • Feeding enrichment: Scatter treats around a play area Photo updates: Send daily pictures or short videos showing the cat playing or cuddling. • Behavior notes: Record new quirks, favorite toys, or funny moments. • Customized care: Note each cat’s preferences—some like interactive play, some prefer quiet companionship.

I closely monitor each cat and will notify you of any changes in appetite, behavior, or litter box habits. You can feel confident that your cat’s needs are being met and nothing is overlooked. If you’re in a rush or short on time, pick-up and drop-off services are also available!
