Home 24/7 + Fence Yard + Insured

Hi, I’m Drea! I’m a South Florida native and a full time, licensed and insured pet care and grooming professional. This isn't a side gig for me; it’s my everyday business. I work entirely from home, meaning I am here 24/7 to provide your dog with undivided attention. Your pup will never be passed off to strangers, or left alone, making my home the perfect spot for long term stays. I also run a professional grooming studio right here at home. It’s a true one stop shop, so you can easily add a fresh bath or haircut to your dog’s stay with someone they already know and trust. There is no need to book a separate groomer because your dog's stay and styling happen in one premium environment. I keep my guest roster intentionally exclusive, only boarding one family at a time so your dog gets true boutique care. Here is a quick look at my professional qualifications: • 6+ years of professional grooming and salon experience. • Licensed and insured for boarding, sitting, walking, and grooming. • Currently completing my certification to become a professional dog trainer. • Certified in Pet First Aid and CPR, safe dog handling, and Fear Free practices. I closely read dog body language and easily tailor my day for everyone, from high energy pups to sweet seniors who just need a quiet place to relax.

Jason and Drea were both very good with Pebbles. They were patient with him and took very good care of him during our trip. I would highly recommend them to anyone if they need their dog to be well taken care of.

Andrea was great with my dog Dixie. Dixie is a very timid senior dog and Andrea made sure to keep Dixie's needs in mind and took great care of her. There was a storm (which Dixie hates) and distant Fireworks (also not fun) but Andrea kept Dixie comfortable and well taken care of. She kept me well updated and sent lots of pictures. I would highly recommend her services to others and I am already planning Dixie's future visits with Andrea!

Schedule

My daily routine completely revolves around the dogs in my care. Since I am home full time, I offer incredible consistency and flexibility. You can count on daily photo updates and steady communication so you have total peace of mind while you are away. Because I only take one boarding family at a time, your pet gets a stable, stress free routine without the chaos of a crowded house.

Safety, trust & environment

I offer a highly structured and secure home located in a quiet, safe cul de sac. I have two friendly, well socialized neutered resident male dogs and an 8 year old son who has grown up around animals his whole life. My backyard is a pristine, fully gated, and securely fenced space featuring brand-new sod, a screened patio, and turf areas. Inside, I use baby gates to give every dog their own comfortable space to relax. Please note our strict safety and insurance rules: • No Indoor Visitors: For insurance compliance, pet parents are not permitted inside, and my resident dogs stay inside during initial meetings. • Outdoor Meet and Greet: A 15 minute outdoor meet and greet at a nearby park or designated area is required before finalizing any booking. • Helper Note: My 8 year old son is fantastic with dogs and often accompanies me on drop ins, dog walks, and pet sitting visits. Pet parents must be completely comfortable with him coming along, and all guest dogs must be completely relaxed around children. • Safe Introductions and Separate Feeding: Family and dog introductions are done post booking at a slow, monitored pace. Dogs are always strictly separated for meals. • Clean Paws: Dogs must be okay with their paws being handled. We wipe all paws every time they come inside from outdoors to keep our home and brand new sod fresh and clean.

A typical day

A typical day includes morning yard time, meals on your exact schedule, midday walks or structured play, afternoon downtime, and cozy evenings with the family. High drive dogs get great physical and mental outlets like engagement and recall training, while seniors or anxious pups get all the patience and quiet space they need. For long stays, keeping a predictable, homelike routine is my top priority.

Please have the following ready before booking: • Mandatory Vaccine Records: Must be submitted and verified before confirmation. • Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Any known food, environmental, or treat allergies must be disclosed upfront. • Food and Schedule: Portions, brand, and enough food to cover their entire stay. • Behavioral Notes: Quirks, triggers, fears, or medical/medication routines. • Emergency Contact: Vet info and a local backup contact. We Do Not Accept (No Exceptions): • Aggressive dogs or those with a bite/nipping history. • Dogs that are not kid friendly: Because my 8 year old son helps me and comes along for walks, drop ins, and pet sitting, your dog must be completely friendly and non reactive with children, and pet parents must be okay with his presence during these services. • Dogs that are not crate trained (all boarding guests must be completely comfortable being crated, if needed for safety reasons, and/or feedings. • Dogs with a history of marking, escape attempts, or destructive behavior. • Excessive, uncontrollable barking or whining. • Dogs that are reactive to having their paws wiped. • Females in active heat or unvaccinated dogs. • Dogs that are not fully house trained (pee pads do not count as house trained). • Policy Clearances & Surcharges Intact Pups: Welcome case by case starting at a $10 daily surcharge. No females in heat or dogs with a history of marking. • Puppies (Under 1 Year): $10 daily surcharge. Holiday rates and puppy fees stack. • Potty Management: Case by case with a $10 daily surcharge if they rely on pee pads. • Additional Management Fees: Honest disclosure is required upfront. If undisclosed behaviors like marking, indoor accidents, destructive habits, or escape attempts occur during the stay, an additional care fee starting at $10 daily will be added to cover the extra supervision, hands on monitoring, and deep cleaning. • Holidays and Multi Pet Pricing Note: Holiday pricing applies per pet, per night, including any additional dogs on the booking and puppies. Because the Rover platform does not always calculate combined multi pet or puppy holiday rates correctly, booking totals may be manually adjusted to reflect correct pricing before final confirmation. I take a lot of pride in keeping a clean, safe, happy home. Accidents happen, but honesty upfront ensures your dog has the best possible stay!
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
