I work from home 4 out of 5 days in a week and am routinely at home during weekends. I live in a detached house close to woodland and public fields which are great for dog walks! My fiancé, Elliott and I are both dog people - while we wait for the right time to become dog parents, we want to provide temporary care for dogs in our area. I have evenings and weekends free mostly to be able to take care of pets on a longer basis. In the week I work from home on the computer roughly 9-5 with an hour lunch to take dogs for walks and play with them and be attentive for toilet breaks and feeding throughout the day. I am typically in the office one day per week and this can be either a Monday or a Wednesday, with some advance notice I may be able to make arrangements to cover care on this day if needed for holiday stays. The garden has 6 foot fences with a lockable gate to the side. There is ample lawn and concrete slabs for toileting and playing. There is a large long living room with dual access and patio doors for direct garden access, as well as a back door from the utility to the garden. There is plenty of roaming space for your pets.

A typical day
I typically go for walks in the woodlands close to my home most days. They are very popular for dog walks so are great for socialising and new smells to keep dogs interested on walks. There are public bridleway fields beyond the woods which offer vast amounts of space for roaming and playing. Short walks or long walks - both are available close to my home.

Andrea would be a great fit for Rover as she is a deeply caring person who has a love for all animals. Andrea has experience looking after our family dog for a few days during a holiday. Our dog can be standoffish with new people yet she loved Andrea immediately, this made it very easy for her to look after Belle, feeding and walking the dog, all whilst giving her some company whilst the family was away. Andrea's love for animals spans more than just dogs, she truly cares for all animals leading to her choice to be vegan. Her compassion for animals will be shared with your pets so you can trust they'll be in good hands.
