Hi, I'm Andrea! I first got on Rover because of my absolute love for dogs, but I wasn't allowed to keep them in my home. Eventually I met Ion, my husband now, and we now have two dogs in our beautiful home in Sutton, QC. We have recently fallen in love with Canmore, and we would love the opportunity to spend more time here in the mountains! We would be so happy to care for your dogs (we also have experience with plenty of other animals) and your home, and you can go off and travel the world, with complete confidence, knowing your most precious pups and home will be well taken care of. I always provide photos and videos, so you can interact with your dogs a bit while you are away, as we know that you will be missing them while away! We are very reliable and responsible, and you can call us anytime. Ion is retired, and I am a massage therapist, so I am hoping to work here part time while I visit. We have two dogs of our own, which could join us or not, depending on how your dogs get along with other dogs... We'd be happy to discuss the options with you!

Safety, trust & environment
We have 80 acres of land, so there is plenty of space to run free here on the farm. We don't have a fence however, so your dog would need to be obedient enough not to run away and come when called back to us.

Très satisfaite de mon expérience avec Andrea et Ion! Mon chien s’est amusé au point qu’il ne voulait plus quitter. Jeux avec leurs deux chiens, marches libres en forêt et photos envoyées régulièrement me permettant de pleinement profiter de ma vacance en sachant mon chien tout aussi heureux.
This is an amazing place !! It was our first time with Andrea, because we were just moving from Calgary. All I wanted for my dog Twitch, was a place with no cages and some one to just give him good care and love. We’ll I think I found the jackpot!! Andrea and her husband are so nice and Twitch clicked immediately with them. They take walks with the dogs every day and sent us many pictures during our trip. It’s a small boarder and I think it was perfect for Twitch since he is already 12 years old. And what about there dog Billy. He is so funny. He is always playing with a stick and wetter you want to play with him or not, he won’t let you go until you throw it and that can go on forever!!! The place is on a cul-de-sac in the forest. It’s a beautiful place in the country on a quiet road. It’s a perfect vacation for your dogs. Thanks again guys for taking such good care of our Twitch. Andrea and her partner were so kind and loving to our dog. They would send pictures and updates which was very appreciated. Their place is a great location for dogs - a river, pond and lots of running space. Their dog Billie was very friendly and welcoming too. We definitely recommend them! Thanks Andrea!!

Andrea and Ion took such great care of my dog! While I was a bit nervous about leaving her for a week, Andrea put my mind at ease with regular pictures and updates. I would definitely recommend them as responsible and reliable sitters!
Andrea was wonderful with our dogs, which are both seniors. She went above and beyond taking care of them and treated them like her own dogs. She also took great care of our chickens and bunnies! We could not have asked for a better petsitter! She was reliable and conscientious and I would book her again any time.

Schedule
I am a massage therapist and yoga instructor, so my schedule is a bit random, but my husband, Ion is retired, so he's always available for your dogs!
