From making sure they eat at appropriate times, observing any changes in their behavior to spot health issues, providing care during their treatment, playing with them, and ensuring they get exercise, I always do my best to make pets feel loved and relaxed, while also loving what I do.

Walk to parks, chase them running, throw a ball long distance, show them a toy and hide it from them so they can look for it and chase it.
