Before caring for a pet, I like to know: - Their daily routine and feeding schedule - Any medical conditions or medications - What makes them nervous or anxious - Favorite toys, treats, or activities - Any behavior observations (like on house objects, pulling on the leash, interaction with other animals on walks, etc.) Knowing these things helps me give your pet the best and safest care possible, just like I would with my own.
A typical day
When caring for a pet, I always like to follow their usual routine to help them feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. For dogs, a typical day includes one or two fun walks where we can explore the neighborhood, sniff around, and release energy. At home, we might play with their favorite toys. Also, if they enjoy using simple games like fetch, tug-of-war, or treat puzzles to keep them entertained. For cats, my visits are calm and routine-focused. I make sure food and water are fresh, the litter box is clean, and their space is comfortable. Depending on their personality, we may spend time playing with toys, or enjoying a purr - always respecting their boundaries and mood. My goal is to make sure every pet feels happy, loved, stimulated while you’re away, whether they’re energetic, shy, cuddly, or independent.
