I’ve been dog sitting and walking dogs since I was in high school for neighbors, friends, and even a few of my teachers. I grew up around animals and have always loved spending time with them. At my childhood home we would often watch friends’ dogs while they were away, so caring for pets has been part of my life for a long time. Most of my experience is with dogs, but I’ve also cared for cats and other small pets. I even had a pet bird for a couple of years, so I’ve always enjoyed being around animals of all kinds. I work as a film editor, and Rover is something I do on the side because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and getting outside for walks. It’s a nice way to break up the day and spend time with some great pets. I’m comfortable with drop-ins, walks, feeding, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. I tend to work more with dogs, but I’m happy to help with cats as well depending on the situation. I treat every pet like they’re my own and always try to make visits calm, fun, and stress-free for them. I’m always happy to do a quick meet-and-greet beforehand so your pet can get to know me and we can make sure it’s a good match.
