I understand that animals (particularly dogs) need a lot of energy release and mental stimulation, so I like to take my dogs out multiple times throughout the day and offer enrichment toys during down time.

Please let me know of any behavioral issues your dog may have, whether that be food aggression or cage aggression, and I would also like to know if your pet has any dietary restrictions.
A typical day
A typical day for your dog would first start off with a solid breakfast, next they would take a short rest to let their food digest right before going on a nice calm walk around the neighborhood. During down time I love to give treats and possibly work on some basic training commands like ‘sit’ or ‘give paw’, especially if your pet is treat motivated. Next I like to chill out for a bit and later in the day take them out to my gated back yard with a few toys to run around with. For my more calmer/ senior dogs I may opt out of taking them out and instead provide extra walks and a lick mat to keep them calm but busy.

Hey!! My name is Andrea and I’ve been in the animal care field for about four years now. My career started by working at different animal boarding facilities and doggy daycares, and then I slowly made my way up to working as a vet assistant. I have various knowledge when it comes to animal handling and reading body language. In addition to this, I am also fear-free certified, meaning that I have the proper training to make sure your pet is as comfortable and less anxious as possible. Rest assured that if you have an energetic pup they will be all tuckered out by the time I get done with them! I believe that physical and mental stimulation is very important for dogs so I love to run around and play with them to get their energy out!
